Sophie and Dawn have been together their whole lives: literally. The two are non-identical twins and spend every second they can together. Their parents were simply happy that they could have children at all. There was a history of ovarian cancer on both sides of the family. Just days after Dawn and Sophie were born they the mother became very sick. She died only two weeks later from undiagnosed Huntingtons.

Sophie took it hard growing up without a mother. She never knew her but felt that there was always a part of her missing. Sophie’s father took good care of her and Dawn, but Sophie always felt like she was missing a feminine influence. However this eventually became a small problem. When Sophie and Dawn were 13 their father died in a tragic car accident. The two’s parents left them to their uncle Dan and aunt May. However, it was well known that Dan was abusive to his kids. Sophie convinced Dawn to leave with her. They have lived in Providence for years with a grandmother there.

Sophie was alone for the night, so she had collected a few things to do. She had been planning on playing some old video games tonight, but she accidentally put the disc in the puzzle box before she could figure it out. Sophie sighed and started moving bits, keeping her lighter on standby just in case.
