Overview: Marina has high hopes for humanity. She, like all Ultras, treasures the planet Earth and will gladly give her life to ensure it's survival. However, she has grown disillusioned with how they have treated their means of self-defense. In her view, the Ultramen were merely helpers in what was the grand scheme of the humans defending their own planet. She views GUYS's condition as pitiful, and has chosen to take a human guise in place of finding a host, purely because she does not wish to bind with the humans.

Henshin Device: The Millennial Crown, a thin silver band with a single blue stone, shaped like an upside-down triangle with slightly rounded points, set right in the middle of her forehead. The Millennial Gauntlet, a white fingerless glove with a larger version of the stone set in the Crown set in the back of the hand, worn on her right hand.
Henshin Sequence: She almost always had both objects on at all times, so she touches his right thumb to the stone set in the Crown. This sets both jewels glowing. She holds her right hand horizontal, and a holographic image of Millennial's head appears. She draws her right hand to her waist and punches upward, yelling, "Millennial!" A beam of red, blue and white light shines upward, and she grows to the proper size and assumes her form.

  Image/ Description: Similar to Mebius but with a more feminine figure. She has a upside down triangle exactly like the Crown in the middle of her forehead, and the Color Timer is a triangle of the same design and color. There's also another similar triangle on the back of her right hand.

For centuries, the Ultra Race has existed, and for all of those centuries, the Record Keeper has existed, doing exactly what her name says. One of the few female members of the Ultra Garrison, she was assigned the vaunted position of Record Keeper, entrusting her to keep record of all the members of the Ultra Garrison. She did her duty faithfully, keeping track of every member of the race and even gaining the ability to transform into them. However, one particular intrigued her: Mebius. When she learned he was to be assigned to Earth, she passed her duties to another for a short while and followed him, assuming the identity of Marina Kazama and joining the previous incarnation of GUYS. She worked with them throughout their war with the Alien Empera, returning to M78 in secret once Mebius did so himself.
She resumed her duties, before Belial's rebellion occurred. At that point, she erased Belial from the records and was assigned to hunt him down, as she had nothing else to do since there were no new Ultras. As she tracked him back to Earth, she learned of the existence of Hybrid, an Ultra possessing a crude imitation of her own ability quite illegally, and this enraged her. He had somehow bonded with a human, who was working with GUYS. She returned to Earth, determined to kill both the renegade Ultra and the imitator.

Sample RP: Marina stood on a rooftop, looking out over the city. She spotted the Phoenix Nest, and smiled.
"So, GUYS lives yet." Marina said to herself. She arranged her hair so it hid the Crown, changing it's color in the process and began her journey towards the building. As she walked, she took note of the variety of people that were walking the streets. This wonderful variety, this uniqueness. This is why this planet was so important, she told herself silently.
She bought a snack from a local vendor, using yen from when she had been Marina Kazama in a past life, and continued her journey. Another reason to protect Earth: they had good food.
