Overview:

Emily is a tough-as-nails cop. She takes no attitude and she enforces the law without hesitation, she has no time for criminals and especially those that directly hurt the innocent bystanders. She is loyal to her department, and to all law enforcement agencies by extension, she does have distaste for corrupt cops, as she views them as nothing more then criminals hiding behind the badge.

However underneath all her tough exterior lies a woman who is more loyal to her friends, she is willing to do anything for them and will put her life on the line for them. There is nothing more scarier then Emily Madigan after your blood cause you hurt one of her friends.

Emily was born to Anne Madigan, the daughter of Lisa Madigan who a cop. Emily grew up listening to the stories that Lisa had told her, about fighting crime and the criminals she faced. Ever since she heard those stories Emily’s one goal had been to become a police officer and enforce the city of Detroit like her grandmother did. Her mother took a different path in that she became a district attorney, prosecuting the criminals that are brought by the police, but Emily wanted to be out on the street instead of behind a table.

When she turned 18 Emily signed up for the police academy right away, she trained hard and studied hard wanting to be the best police officer there was, she wanted to make her grandmother and mother proud. After graduating from the police academy and serving in the police department for some time she was then approached by the Department of Justice with an interesting offer. They had just finished creating their own Kamen Rider system, one that can aid police officers in defeating the more non-human criminal variety, and due to her dedication and academic marks they decided to make her the user of the new G3X system.

Emily couldn’t have been more pleased, as she took on the offer immediately and took on the G3X system. If all went to plan then there was a good chance that the system would be mass-produced, and that it would greatly aid the American government and law enforcement agencies in their quest to defend against the Kaijins.

Emily’s bike revved through the streets of Detroit as it was a peaceful day, no criminals were out and about, and those that were knew better then to be causing trouble when she was around. She was actually quite glad that she had been chosen for the trial system, with technologies like this there was no criminal on Earth that would be able to stop her. “Alert to G3X system, there is a robbery concerning Kaijins, please go to location specified and investigate over” the intercom said as Emily smirked.

“Roger that, G3X system going to scene of crime, keep me posted” she said before she sped towards the scene hoping that she would be able to take down one more criminal from this world.
