- Excellent martial artist
- Excellent acrobat
- Fluent in English, French, Russian, German, Italian, Cantonese and Japanese
Weaknesses:
- Is pretty much constantly drinking soda
- Is liable to crash at just about any given time due to the above
- If he were to ever lose hope, he would turn into a full Phantom within minutes
Goal(s):
- Defeat the Phantom
Habits/ Quirks:
- Pretty much always has a bottle or can of soda on his person
Relationships:
- Geno- His companion, a living puppet that gives him advice and helps him in battle every now and then
- White Wizard- His master, gave him his Rings
- Senichi Kagami (deceased)- His father, emigrated from Japan during WW2, the previous Wizard.
- Jenna Kagami (deceased)- His mother, turned into a Phantom, Harrison’s first kill
Overview: Harrison is kind of impulsive. He tends to come up with surprisingly effective yet utterly stupid plans in a heartbeat, and after much deliberation with Geno, where Geno points out the flaws in Harrison’s plans, which there are quite a few of. Harrison can seem kind of dumb at times, but he’s well traveled and actually fairly experienced in just about everything he’s encountered, including magic.
Hero Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Wizard
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: The WizarDriver and a Shabadoobi Ring, usually Flame.
Henshin Sequence: Using the Driver Lupachi Ring, he scans it over the Hand Author and it announces, "DRIVER ON, PLEASE", causing his Driver to form around the Hand Author. He then switches the Hand Author to face left. It begins to repeat "SHABADOOBI TOUCH TO HENSHIN!" as he activates the Flame Ring. He says, "Henshin." and swipes the Ring over the Author. It announces, "FLAME" as he sweeps his left arm out the side, a magical seal forming at the tips of his fingers. The seal then passes over his body, forming his armor.
Forms:
- Form Name: Flame Style
Image/ Description: FLAME
Motif: Fire, Magic, Wizard, Ruby
Color Scheme: Red, Black, Silver, Yellow
Transformation: See above
Fighting Style: Uses a mixed but magic-heavy style, switching between a sword and gun with alarming regularity and never throwing a punch
Weapons: The WizarSword Gun, a weapon that fires silver bullets in Gun Mode and has a magical blade in Sword Mode.
Abilities: He can do all sorts of cool sh*t, with his rings. This is also his most balanced form, with a good mix of speed and power. He can also flick out his coat to block attacks
Finisher(s): By triggering the thumb of the hand on his weapon, it opens the hand. By grasping the hand, he can initiate 2 finishers, either Shoot Strike, which shoots fireballs, or Slash Strike, a fiery slash. He can also perform a Rider Kick called Kick Strike where he scans the Flame Ring again, and flips then performs a flying side kick through a magical seal that appears in midair. He also utilizes the Geno Whirl every now and then (See Geno). - Form Name: Hurricane Style
Image/ Description: HURRICANE
Motif: Wind, Magic, Emerald
Color Scheme: Green, Black, Yellow, Silver
Transformation: He switches the Author to face right, and puts on the Hurricane Ring. He then swipes it over the Hand Author and it announces, “HURRICANE” as a magic seal forms above him with wind spinning around it. He jumps up through the seal, forming Hurricane Style.
Fighting Style: He’s much, much faster, using weak attacks in quick succession and striking from just about everywhere at once.
Weapons: The WizardSword Gun
Abilities: He’s really damn fast and can hover in short bursts.
Finisher(s): Slash Strike (A wind-powered slash), Shoot Strike (Several wind bullets), Kick Strike (A wind-powered kick) - Form Name: Land Style
Image/ Description: LAND
Motif: Land, Magic, Topaz
Color Scheme: Yellow, Black, Silver
Transformation: Same as before, but with the Land Ring. It announces, “LAND”, and the seal forms at the ground and travels up his body, trailing rocks with it, and forms Land Style
Fighting Style: He uses a straightforward power style, charging straight in and striking powerfully.
Weapons: The WizarSword Gun
Abilities: He’s incredibly strong, but kinda slow. When he uses the Defend Ring, it pops up a wall of stone.
Finisher(s): Shoot Strike (A powerful, single bullet), Slash Strike (A earth-powered slash), Kick Strike (An earth-powered kick) - Form Name: Water Style
Image/ Description: WATER
Motif: Water, Magic
Color Scheme: Blue, Silver, Black, Yellow
Transformation: Same as the others, but with the Water Ring. The Driver announces, “WATER!” and a seal with water flowing around and in it forms to his right and passes over his body, forming Water Style.
Fighting Style: He uses a fluid style, almost a dance with weapons really. Each attack flows into the next, and it’s so perfect he rarely takes a hit.
Weapons: The WizarSword Gun
Abilities: The only form with a Ring completely unique to it, Water Style has access to the Liquid Ring, which transmute’s Harrison’s body into water so he can become temporarily intangible, meaning he’s essentially invulnerable. This effect usually lasts about 10 seconds, and the Ring has to “cool down” for about 10 minutes before another use.
Finisher(s): Shoot Strike (A beam which can turn corners and move around shields), Slash Strike (a water-powered slash), Kick Strike (A water-powered roundhouse kick)
Other Equipment:
- His Rings, starting with Shabadoobi Rings, which are form forms and worn on the left hand:
- Flame Ring- Facilitates Flame Style
- Land Ring- Facilitates Land Style
- Hurricane Ring- Facilitates Hurricane Style
- Water Ring- Facilitates Water Style
- Flame Ring- Facilitates Flame Style
- And his Lupachi Rings, which do literally everything else and are worn on the left hand:
- Driver On Ring- Summons his Driver
- Big Ring- Expands a body part to enormous size.
- Copy Ring- Allows Kamen Rider Wizard to create copies of himself in combat.
- Connect Ring- Provides a link between two locations or people.
- Dragon Ring- Upgrades the active Style. He doesn’t have it. Yet.
- Garuda Ring- Summons then powers PlaMonster Red Garuda.
- Unicorn Ring- Summons then powers PlaMonster Blue Unicorn.
- Kraken Ring- Summons then powers PlaMonster Yellow Kraken.
- Dragorise Ring- Summons the WizarDragon
- Sleep Ring- Puts the wearer to sleep. Harrison uses it on occasion as something sort of like a non-addictive sleeping pill.
- Defend Ring- Allow Wizard to create a strong defensive elemental barrier.
- Small Ring- Shrinks Wizard down to a tiny size. Harrison doesn’t really like to use it.
- Extend Ring- Allow Wizard to elongate a part of his body.
- Liquid Ring- Used only in Water Style, it allows Wizard to become liquid.
- Puppet Ring- Currently embedded in Geno’s chest, it’s what keeps him alive. Harrison has an identical one which is connected to the one in Geno, which he scans over the Hand Author to transfer magic into Geno for the Geno Whirl.
- Portal Ring- Allows Harrison and Geno to travel between the city and the Tower.
- Driver On Ring- Summons his Driver
- His bike, the Machine Winger
- PlaMonsters. They work similarly to Candroids, but when summoned, they appear in a frame much like a plastic model kit set, where they break out and assemble themselves. He then puts their corresponding Ring in to keep them active. He has Red Garuda, Blue Unicorn, and Yellow Kraken
- His base of operations. An abandoned mining tower about a mile outside of Vegas proper that he’s essentially set up shop in and dubbed the “Wizard Tower”. It has four floors, each really big, about ¾ the size of your average warehouse. The bottom floor is where he stores the Machine Winger and everything related to it’s upkeep, magical and mundane. The second floor is where the magic happens. He’s got a magic circle about 8 feet in diameter, with three rings for sealing summoned creatures, a body-height mirror he uses for scrying, an enchanted crafting table for creating new Rings, another magic circle of about the same size but with only one ring on the wall opposite the mirror for use as a portal, and a few Iron Golems (first picture) which are currently inert and unmoving at the moment, but he can activate them at any given time. The third and fourth floors he has appropriated for his personal quarters.
History
Harrison was born into a line of magic users as the only son of his father, a Japanese refugee who had fled to America during the later years of World War 2. Harrison had a fairly muggle childhood until he turned 8, where as his birthday present, his dad took him to meet the White Wizard. The Wizard greeted Harrison, telling him he had great potential. The Wizard then gave a Harrison a strange ring, with a design like a hand holding a marionette control thingy on it, telling him it would be very important in his future. His father then took him on as an apprentice, training him in the magical arts including the use of the WizarDriver and teaching him combat skills. When Harrison turned 15, the White Wizard visited again, telling him his training had been completed. The Wizard sent him on a walkabout to gain knowledge of the world. And Harrison did so, wandering the world for the next 5 years and learning many languages, including his native Japanese.
When he returned after several years, he found his home under attack by a Phantom. He ran in and managed to pull his father out of the burning home, telling him his mother had turned into that thing after learning of the death of her father, Harrison’s granddad. Harrison, determined to bring his mother peace, ran back in. After fighting off the Phantom his mother had become, Harrison managed to retrieve the WizarDriver and transform into Wizard Flame Style. Using the flames of his burning home to fuel his combat, he easily defeated her with a Kick Strike after a short fight. In her final moments, reverting to her human form, his mother thanked him for saving her from her misery, then died in his arms. Harrison, grieved pretty hard already, walked outside to find his father had also died from his wounds while they were fighting. Harrison, overcome with grief and despair, freaked out, coming dangerously close to turning into a Phantom himself.
However, after remembering the pain his mother had been in, he swore not to submit, and to always have hope. With this oath, he managed to suppress the Phantom within him. He slept in the burnt out skeleton of his home that night. In the night, he was visited by the White Wizard, who gave him the Machine Winger and told him two things: A) Your destiny lies in a city of vice and lights, and B) you’ll need a Ring. With the second one, Harrison remembered his first encounter with the White Wizard, all those years ago. In the remains of his old room, he found the ring, undamaged, and in his parent’s old room, found a burnt puppet with a cap and cloak. He carved a small slot in the chest of the puppet, and inserted the ring. With a spectacular light show, the puppet repaired and came to life. Harrison named it Geno, after a character from a story his mother had written long ago. With Geno in tow, he got on the Machine Winger and began the drive to Vegas, which is what he determined the Wizard meant. After quite a few detours, turn-arounds, navigation recalculations, and smacks upside the head from a living puppet, Harrison finally found his way to Las Vegas, where he’s recently taken up residence in the Monte Carlo hotel. That is, until he got kicked out for causing a disturbance when he got a little too drunk, and has even more recently taken up residence in an abandoned mining tower, which he has customized to serve as his new home. In order to travel expeditiously to and from the city from the tower, Harrison created 2 Portal Rings, one for Geno and one for himself.

Sample RP: “Ah, Vegas. Been a while.” Harrison said.
“I thought ye said ye’d never been here.” Geno said behind him, standing on the back of the seat looking over his shoulder at the city.
“Exactly. By a while, I mean I’ve never been here, so it’s been a while.” Harrison said.
“Interesting logic.” Geno replied.
“Geno, you’ve known me for two years. And what does a living puppet know about logic?” Harrison asked.
“A surprising amount.” Geno replied.
“Well, if what the White Wizard said is true, then chances are quite good at least one other magic user resides in the City of Lights.” Harrison said.
“I’d agree.” Geno replied. “And where there are magic users, there are Phantoms.”
“Well, of course.” Harrison replied. “That just makes it interesting.”
They rolled past an old mining complex, and Harrison noted a subtle magical presence from the tower, continuing to ride.
