Overview:
Fluent in English, French, and now Japanese. Caty is a smart girl who wants to live a good and normal life. She likes people, doing her best to befriend them, willing to give anyone a chance. She’s kind and caring and willing to help people in any matter she can, trained to help in spiritual matters as well as a priestess. She considers her acting to come first, as she isn’t skilled enough in these regards she was trained in, as it was a dying art; however as a Senshi she gains help in these areas from the powers of Astarte. She doesn’t really care for Japan, but is currently there to help the Senshi in their mission. Then she wants to go back to her life. She also has a bit of a fear of cats for reasons she’s not sure of.

  Abilities: As Astarte she has a range of abilities, mostly including telekinetic abilities of various levels. She uses her Solomon Jihad primarily; a powerful, destructive energy attack from her hand. She also has the Solomon Birth, which has the ability to revive a fallen ally (or anyone) from the dead, but at the cost of some of Caty’s life. She gives five years, she revives the person for five years, etc., unless they have the will to break away from her spirit and live longer.

Caty was born to a mother who was a “priestess” and her father who made wine. Her mother trained her in spiritual arts as a child, learning how to feel people and do minor spiritual work with people, trying to help them as best as she could. Or that was the plan. She learned this along with other abilities, which mostly manifested in the form of telekinetic abilities because of her Senshi powers, which her mother didn’t know of.

As they continued to train as she went to school, she soon started to unlock more power and understanding of her abilities. Eventually she learned how to become Sailor Astarte, but didn’t use that ability often.

When she was twelve an incident occurred, giving her a fear of cats.

When she graduated high school she decided to forgo what she was supposed to do as a “priestess” and began to try acting. She enjoyed it as it made her interact with more people, and it was fun. She began to work in theatre as an amateur actress for a few years, until two months ago, when she just knew she had to go to Japan. To find the other Sailor Senshi who were now becoming active.

She’s lived in Japan since then, but hasn’t sought them out yet, and is waiting on their numbers to grow.

A cat. It was a cat following her; one of those little furry bastards. Or was bastard the wrong word? People wouldn't like to hear that, but that's what they were. To her, at the least.

She was walking and a cat followed her for a bit. She didn’t look back, she just kept walking, going a bit faster.

Why a cat? Why? There were dogs. She had seen dogs around. Or even a rabbit; yes, a rabbit would be fine. There were plenty of those around. Or even a squirrel or a rarer seen chipmunk.

She looked back and it had stopped following her finally. She sighed in relief. There was nothing against cats…well, not really. She did like them before, but…

No. She couldn’t think about that. Not again. That would only hurt; it would only make things more difficult for her. She couldn't think about it, she couldn't look at a cat. She couldn't have the love and companionship one could give, even if she wanted. It was supposed to be nice.

This was a problem that was likely to never die. Not after those images she had seen every few nights when she closed her eyes. Those memories, burned into her mind. They were things she couldn't escape. Not anymore; not after this long.
