Overview:
Ren is a calm man who usually isn't too serious. Upon obtaining his Driver, however, he became more serious, finding that his duty was beyond his formerly simple life. He works with old friends from his school days, reflecting often back on how simple things once were, and then what things had become after getting the Driver. He believes firmly in justice, deciding that even if he dies, as long as he can inspire others and keep the peace, he’s done his job. He can be fairly depressing at times, and has a sparse life, deciding to look to the past, rather than focus on the present or future. He is a calm and analytical man, but overthinks things at times.

  Transformation: He summons the Xtreme Bird to his aid (or it just comes) and he closes his Driver. The Bird loads on over the top, taking the Driver’s place, bringing a cyclone of energy around his body o form this new form.
  Fighting Style: The same as before, but much faster and stronger due to the stat boost

  Abilities: Same as before, but everything gets a large boost
  Finisher(s): Memory Break: End Gale: he opens his Driver instead of leaving it closed. This teleports both Cyclone Memories into the two Maximum Drive ports he has, one on each waist. From there his entire body is covered in slashing winds, almost like a walking hurricane. He simply cuts down anything in his path and ends it with a Rider Punch/Kick/Chop.

  Transformation: The same as the other Xtreme form, however, he switches his second Cyclone for Accel instead as the Bird comes down.
  Fighting Style: More savage than before, using his sword/shield combo combined with winds
  Weapons: Engine Blade, Prism Bicker shield
  Abilities: Same as the other Xtreme, but he now has a higher speed burst, and less wind
  Finisher(s): Bicker Purge: He loads both Cyclone Memories and his Accel Memory into three of the four slots on his shield. His chest shines, forming the Prism Memory from the center prism of his torso, becoming the final Memory. At this point, either a blast of all of the combined powers fires out from the shield, or he’s able to use the power in a slash from his Engine Blade.

  Fighting Style: He relies on his sword, using swift attacks and using speed to outmaneuver his foes
  Weapons: Nazca Edge sword, scarf
  Abilities: Nazca gives him higher speed, plasma blasts from his scarf, and swordsmanship skills. Joker gives him a higher fighting skill. However, Joker can only be maintained for 3 minutes before powering off.
  Finisher(s): Nazca Line Slasher; he dashes forward on his opponent, his sword glowing as he loads his Memory into the sword's hilt. He slashes rapidly, causing him to pass through his opponent, cutting them down, leaving the afterimage of the Lines over the defeated body.
  
  Line Kick; inserting the Memory into his Maximum Drive port, his right leg glows with navy energy. He leaps up, causing the nazca line wings to appear on his back, sending him flying at the enemy. The kick sends lines rippling through the body, bringing them down.

Ren was born as the only child in a fairly well-to-do family. His father was a police officer, and his mother died in childbirth. Ren was raised by his father, by old money, and by nurse-maids.

Ren did fairly well in his classes during school. However, he began to get lower marks, lower and lower, becoming bored with his school, deciding that he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps, and was unable to see where class would get him.

Then he read Sherlock Holmes. After reading about the great detective, he started to care more about school. He began to try to excel in chemistry and any other classes, trying to pick up on more and more of Holmesian deduction. While his grades remained mediocre, he believed that he learned what he needed to, and began to look into the criminal justice system.

He failed in his attempts to join the police force, and left that job, and his father's money, joining two old friends who were working with antiques, deciding to make his own life, away from his father, his old money, and with friends. Courting one of them proved to be a problem, and he didn't desire anything with the other, so he continued on in an uncomfortable situation, until the day arrived that the Double Driver and his Memories became available to him when a Museum worker was attacked by an Imin. Taking the Driver, using his sense of justice, Ren became Kamen Rider CycloneCyclone to keep the peace and preserve justice, becoming a pure heroic Kamen Rider, refusing to do anything less than what justice would permit him to do. He kept the Driver and Memories as the man fled.
