• Though he was unaware at first, the Kuchiku-kan feeds off the dark energy of his transformed state and if it obtains enough power it can free itself from the seal on Yoru's body. Yoru in turn is forced to limit the number of times he can transform and the amount of time he stays in his transformed state.
  
• If he dies, the Kuchiku-kan is automatically released anyway
  
• His blood has been slowly tainted by the Kuchiku-san living within him. Now everytime his own blood is shed it creates malicious kaijin called Daraku, that in turn attempt to kill Yoru in order to free their master.

Overview: Yoru doesn't need a reason to be spine chillingly creepy, he was born that way. He's the kinda guy to creep up behind you and blow into your ear. He's the kinda guy to hide under your bed while your sleepy and make spooky noises through out the night. He's the kinda guy who jumps in front of a moving vehicle just so you believe you killed someone (unless he actually does get hit....).

He cares about his family more than anything so if you mess with them, you're in tough shit. Yoru will hunt you down and make you die a hundred deaths. Though he is lovey dovey with his wife and over protective of his daughter, he's tough on his son since he wants him to grow up and take over the family business as the guardian of Order.

History

Since the beginning of man there has been great evil. The first evil, Kuchiku-kan, threatened to destroy the new world. A mysterious warrior of unknown origins and power appeared to stop it and a never-ending battle between good and evil, order and chaos began. Though the Kuchiku-kan was sealed and the order of the Kanshinin formed to watch over it, darkness still took presence in the world.

Fast-forward thousands of years later to post World War Japan. A young boy named Yoru and his older brother Akio were training under this Order to be the new guardians of balance. Akio was given an a blank Advent Deck while Yoru received a shodophone. They were trained by their father - the leader of the Order and the previous Dark Decade.

Akio, being the oldest son, was next in line to receive the power of Dark Decade. But first he had to prove himself and forge a contract with the dragon who resided in the mirror world. He faced the dragon and demanded for a contract to be formed. The dragon sensed the growing darkness in the boy's heart and refused.

A humiliated Akio returned to the Order only for his younger brother to be made the new heir instead. Furious, Akio tried to form a contract with the creature that had been speaking to him through his dreams - Kanshinin. He wanted to show his father that he was capable of a becoming a powerful warrior even if it meant selling his soul to the devil.

Akio's father wasn't able to stop Akio in time and the Kanshinin was freed. After the thousands of years in captivity, it had yet to regain its full strength and was therefore weak enough for Dark Decade to defeat it. As the previous vessel had been destroyed by Akio's foolishness and greed, Yoru, believing in the greater good of such a decision, volunteered. His father respected his decision and though it pained him so, he sealed the defeated Kanshinin within his son's body.

The disgraced Akio was stripped off his Advent Deck and lineage before being cast out of the Order for his betrayal and nearly destroying mankind. Yoru trained even harder from that day forward with the weight of the world now resting firmly on his shoulders.

When Yoru turned eighteen, he was required to marry and continue on the Tsubasa bloodline for after he passed his children and his children's children were to continue on with his mission. Though he resented the woman he was paired up with at first, they eventually grew to care for and even love each other.

Two years later, she gave birth to a healthy baby girl they named Kaori - after Yoru's late mother. It was around this time that Yoru's father was slain in battle and Yoru was forced to take upon the mantle of Dark Decade - the protector of this world's balance.

As a cover, they moved into an old house overlooking a graveyard that had been in the Tsubasa family for generations for this very purpose. No matter what the changing times bring, there will always be of need for an undertaker. From that point on, when Yoru was not spending time with his growing family, he was fighting the chaos that been growing increasingly formidable in this world.

He realized he could not fight this fight alone like his father before him and was quite overjoyed when more and more heroes began to pop out of the woodwork. In response to the growing number of heroes, so did the number of threats that began to arise. Using a Precious he found on his travels called the Hero's Heart, he decided to do some recruiting for the side of Order.

Anonymously, he gave his brother's older Advent Deck to a woman named Mavis Williams whose strong sense of justice Yoru felt was a great need. He later bought a pawn shop in Canada just so he could give his old shodophone to a man named Leon Franchot, who he felt though a tad stupid and stuck in the past - had a big heart.

He was friends with a woman named Masako Yamada who had the power to become AkibaYellow. It saddened him when she died in the fight against evil, but upon her request handed down the Moe Moe Z-Cune to her daughter, Yuko, when he felt she was ready for the responsibility.

Recently, he had even decided to bestow great power upon an Idol singer. He broke into the Tomorrow Project facility, stole the GokaiYellow Ranger Key and Mobirates, and gave them to Yuki Kashiwagi pretending to be a Project scientist and claiming to be a huge fan (which wasn't a lie).

He learned that a man named Jack Calloway had been using an inferior bootleg of the Dark Decadriver. The exact origins of the copy where unknown, but Yoru suspected a traitor. Yuro went to confront the man only for him to vanish off the face of the Earth and remain a mystery that perplexes Yoru to this day.

Yoru smiled, "Your end."

FINAL ATTACK RIDE....D-D-D-DARK DECADE

Yoru jumps backwards as ten giant card holograms appear leading to the cowering man. Yoru jumps through the first one, gaining momentum and power passing through each card.

Eventually his foot and the man's face connect causing the latter's head to fly clean off his shoulders.

"And that Mr. The Unknown," said Yoru before removing his belt and detransforming, "Is why you shouldn't attack Riders indiscriminately."
