I chose to make a new group of Horoscopes, working under Foundation X.
Kengo Utahoshi will be the leader of this group as Libra. I have plans for a few others, right now leaning towards Gemini, Scorpio, Cancer and Aries.

Rei has just ported his Kuuga over from the first site, so at this point I must say no. Kuuga is not an option.
