In her moment of weakness, that tugged at her heart-strings more than it should have...and she sighed. "I know it's dangerous...and I don't know how similar or different mine is from yours yet. Your...concern is appreciated." she gave quietly, no trace of her bitingly blunt sense of dealing with him there.

He had nothing to say. He wasn't doing this out of care for her, but rather as a common ground. He did care for her, but not enough, not yet.

For her part...she supposed it was a common ground too. Shigeru still infuriated her more often than not....and she had little or no desire to do anything further than physical motions with him. Though if he did sleep with others, she'd do the same anyway, just to spite him.
But all of that was pushed to the back of her mind. This was a tender moment...she needed it, and didn't question the reason why.
