"Hm... The breeze is nice and quiet today, not a single howl from the wind." Kazuki stood outside, a hand in his hair as he walked with closed eyes. He was walking through a park in Fuuto, admiring the peace of the day as the weather was quite nice. The breeze was strong and yet, as he had said, it was very quiet. This was how Kazuki normally could tell if something was amiss or simply right.
'I don't have work today, to be honest, I'm unsure what to do. Perhaps I should pay a visit to Mika-chan?' He thought in his mind as he stopped his walking. Opening his eyes slowly as he moved his hand from his hair to adjust his favorite green scarf.

Shotaro was in the park today. It was slow, no cases. He had a copy of some Sherlock Holmes stories with him and was sitting under a tree with the book. The wind was a bit of a problem, but he put up with it.
But it was cold. Winter. But he didn't mind. The cold was nice once in a while.

Kazuki had continued to walk, not aware of the nearby presence of Shotaro. He was lost in his own thoughts as he continued--until a sudden gust of wind hit against him, undoing his scarf as it blew away form his neck. "Ah! My scarf..!" He perked, watching it fly off he gave chase--the scarf blowing towards Shotaro.

The scarf fell onto his book, stopping him from finishing his sentence. "Hey!" he exclaimed, picking up the scarf, "A scarf?"

"Oh! Excuse me, that would be mine!" Kazuki's voice was heard as he came running in from the distance. Skidding to a halt, as he would clench his knees and give a few pants. "I-It blew off from me..." He closed his eyes, gasping some for air.

He stood up and held the scarf out to Kazuki, "It's no problem. I've read this before," he said, closing the book, but keeping a finger in to mark the page.

"Thank you--" He perked, looking at Shotaro he clicked two and two together. "--excuse me, would you happen to be... Hidari Shotaro?" He asked.

"Ah its just, I've heard many things about the famous Private Dick of Fuuto." Kazuki smiled innocently, taking his scarf and putting it around himslf again. "You're something of an idol to me--as a fellow protector of the city." He hinted at.

"I dunno if serve is the way to put it; let's just say the wind gives me its strength and in turn I protect the city with it. Its more of a mutuality with the city." He smiled.

"I don't need too, only show you." Kazuki smiled again, pulling out from the inside of his coat the Cyclone memory, "I think you can put two and two together from here, Hidari-senpai."

"Quite. I discovered that there are several copies of these memories lying around, I obtained one as well as my own Driver a few years ago. Since then I've been protecting the city as a Kamen Rider." He told Shotaro, staring at the memory with a faint smile.
