Clothes: He wears a black leather jacket, over a light pink camoed shirt. He also sports red pants and brown boots, with a strange belt with a cracked hand (known as the Hand Author) on it.

Strengths:
- Strength and speed. He surpasses many and is extremely powerful, since he has the powers of a Kamen Rider and Phantom.
- Mimicry/trickery. Being a phantom, he can disguise himself as a human and fool others into thinknig he is a Wizard of Hope, when he is in fact as Fallen Wizard of Despair.
- A acrobatic prodigy.
Weaknesses:
- The last bit of Haruto Sohma's soul. Every once in a while, Haruto attempts to fight the Dragon's influence and while he fails in the end, he can stun the Dragon Phantom long enough for others to either attack or flee.
- Water/Ice. The Dragon Phantom is a pure fire-type being. Thus, he doesn't do well when up against powerful forms of water or ice.
- Arrogance. The phantom doesn't believe that anyone is his equal or above him. Although powerful, the Dragon Phantom isn't invincible.
Goal(s):
- Send the world to despair and create new phantoms to take over.
Habits/ Quirks:
- Eating doughnuts. One of the habits Dragon dislikes, but forced to succumb to.
Relationships:
- Wiseman - the enigmatic leader of the phantoms, and the one responsible for Haruto's death to despair and rebirth.
- White Wizard - former master. Now sworn enemy.
- Harrison Kagami - fellow Wizard. Intends to drive Harrison to despair.
Overview: Before the inevitable, Haruto was a care-free, light-hearted, and easy-going person. He has a strong will and desire to protect and give hope to people in need. Unless a phantom is involved, he doesn't look for trouble and tries his best to calm unnecessary conflicts. Haruto also has a sense of humor, often trying his best to cheer people and keep their spirits up and happy and is willing to make a fool of himself to achieve that.
Haruto's lack and regard of seriousness, though led to his downfall. After he died, the Phantom took over his body and his personality changed completely. He became a sadistic, selfish, heartless and cruel figure, willing to hurt anyone who gets between him and his goal. He has no sense of honor and mercy and he pleases himself by causing harm and spreading despair to everywhere he goes. He will do things Haruto would never dream of doing and enjoys the agony and sorrow of people who are unlucky enough to encounter him.
Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Wizard (usually referred to as the Dragon Wizard or Draco-Wizard)
Type Of Villain: Kamen Rider.
Henshin Device: A Wizardriver, but the Hand Author is cracked and is outlined with faded red instead of yellow.
Henshin Sequence: Haruto's Wizardriver can form around the Hand Author at will whenever he wishes it to.. He then switches the Hand Author to face left. It begins to chant and repeat the phrase "SHABADOOBI TOUCH TO HENSHIN!" leaving a creepy echo everytime it finshes as he activates his Flame Dragon Ring. Haruto then says, "Henshin." and swipes the Ring over to his belt, aligning it to the Hand Author, and it announces, "FLAME (Or any other transformation ring he uses), DRAGON!" A finishing chant will utter out and a magical rune will fly through him and finishing the transformation into Draco-Wizard.
Forms:

Color Scheme: Red, black, yellow, and silver.
Transformation: See above.
Fighting Style: Uses a brutal and relentlessly kicking style, almost similar to muy thai, doing various flips and spins to slam his legs into the faces of his opponents. He does use his weapon, The WizarBlade whenever kicks aren't enough.
Weapons: The WizarBlade. It is large 4-ft long cleaving sword with powerful magical properties.
Abilities: Draco-Wizard is pratically a dragon in human form. He can wreck havoc and control fire at will and his ability to uses magical rings leads to more destruction.
Finisher(s): Draco-Wizard has a total of three finishers.
1) There is a blank seal circle on the upper hilt of the WizarBlade that is used to scan the rings and empower the sword with it. Upon scanning a ring, he can throw a powerful fiery slash to obliterate anyone unfortunate enough to get in the way.
2) Another finisher involves him scanning a ring using the Hand Author on his Wizardriver to do a fiery Kick Strike Rider kick. His legs light up on red fire and he jumps forward, doing a spin and cartwheel before jumping through a red seal and thrusting his kick forward.
3) His last finisher requires the use of his Special ring scanned by the Hand Author. He will either grow a dragon head on his chest, a pair of large dragon wings, a long tail, or claw gauntlets. He can use any of the new limbs for a breath attack, wing flapping blowout, tail whipping, or talon tearing finisher. - Form Name: All-Dragon Style

Motif: Dragon (includes, head, wings, tail, and claws), Jewelry.
Color Scheme: Dull crimson, gold, black, and silver.
Transformation: Draco-Wizard scans a large transformation ring (like this but in full red] that combines all his forms into Flame Dragon. A large magical seal bashes into him and explodes and once it clears, Draco-Wizard takes on an appearance almost phantom-like. The dragon limbs are now equipped all at once and his strength and speed is increased tremendously.
Fighting Style: Animal-like, brutal and quick, lashing out on anyone he sees as an enemy.
Weapons: His dragon limbs.
Abilities: Draco-Wizard, as stated above, is more faster and stronger. In addition, he can cast any of his magical spells at whim without the need of scanning any rings with his Hand Author.
Finisher(s): He can perform a Kick Strike Rider Kick at will, the only difference being that it spews out more flames and is more powerful. He can also maul and burn his enemies using his limbs. - Form Name: Dragon Phantom (1st Form)

Transformation: A dark aura engulfs Haruto and once it clears, he becomes the Dragon Phantom.
Fighting Style: Beserk, bestial, and completely and utterly relentless and merciless. He will claw, bite, kick, whip, and thrash his opponents and usually sticks to one until the said opponent is dead or dying.
Weapons: None.
Abilities: Able to create fire, lava, heat, and magma at will.

- Special: Allows Draco-Wizard to spawn a Dragon Limb on himself.
History
Haruto lost his parents when he was 5, and became an orphan as a result. Unbeknownst to him, his parents were Gates, humans who had magic potential and due to that he was a Gate as well, but the danger was whenever a Gate fell to despair, he or she would become a Phantom and that was what nearly happened to Haruto, but he held on to hope when his parents urged him to live on and his phantom, although fully manifested into a dragon, was forced to submission. At such a young age being able to resist falling to despair, his strong will caught the attention of a strange being known as a White Wizard, at age 6, who gave Haruto (at the time was living with relatives) a strange red ring. Haruto wouldn't know the purpose of the ring until he was 15, where he was kidnapped to a strange island along with many other people he didn't recognize. They then saw an eclipse and one by one, these people fell to despair and died, but were reborn as phantoms and Haruto would've suffered the same fate, but he remembered what his parents wanted and he once again held on to hope and desire to live. However, it wasn't enough and Haruto too was overtaken, but the ring the White Wizard gave him years ago activated and Haruto was revived in addition to sealing his phantom inside him.
Haruto survived the ordeal and was rescued by two White Wizards, one Haruto recognized, who then gave him a Wizardriver and told him that he was impressed that he was able to hold out til the very end and spoke to him about his inner phantom, explaining he was a strange and unique kind of Gate, giving birth to a near-identical phantom to one of his pupils, whose name was Harrison Kagami. He then told him about Haruto's life-time mission: to defeat phantoms and keep the world from falling to despair.
Haruto would spend the next five years figuring out his powers and using them to combat phantoms in Japan. He was fairly adapt at it and after those years, he once more met the same White Wizard who wanted to formally introduce him to Harrison Kagami. Haruto agreed and traveled to America to meet up with this man, hoping to form an alliance and take down the phantom threat once and for all.
However, Haruto wouldn't live to see the White Wizard's pupil. While in America, he was sidetracked by a rumor that a strange monster in white was attacking the town he was in. Haruto would eventually get to the bottom and after finding out the monster was a phantom, he set off to destroy it. However, this phantom was like no other and Haruto was defeated in the end and this powerful phantom would proceed to wipe out the entire town before Haruto's eyes. As the town was set ablaze, the white phantom saw an eclipse in the sky and proceeded to cast a dark spell over Haruto. Haruto, too shocked over the massacre of an entire population, succumbed to despair and died, giving birth to the Dragon Phantom. Worst, the white phantom casted another spell which corrupted the Wizardriver...
The Dragon Phantom proceeded Haruto's task, though a dark twist. He arrived to where Harrison Kagami's parents resided, rather amused that the home was on fire and that a phantom was present. He also saw the man known as Harrison Kagami rushing into the burning home and pulling his father out. Knowing that if both his mother and father were killed, Kagami would become a phantom, just like himself and approached the area. In a meriless act of brutality, he ended the life of Kagami's father and just as planned, he saw Kagami fall to despair, but was extremely disappointed when he didn't submit and continued to have hope. Not wanting to waste any more time, the Dragon Phantom left.
He wasn't heard from since...until now.

Haruto was thrown backwards by the powerful shove and his back collided to a wall and he slid down, groaning. "Just who is this phantom?"
He summoned his WizarBlade and charged, throwing several kicks before swinging his large sword at the white Phantom. His efforts were futile, however, as the white phantom simply blocked all the hits and threw a heavy jab into his chest and knocked him flat to the ground.
Haruto refused to give up like and kicked upwards, and was back on his feet before placing his hand on top of the sword hilt to activate his finisher...
...that was when the phantom held out his hand and a purple beam spiraled into Haruto face and everything went black.
