Eisuke span around to avoid the thrust of the Ghul's staff, throwing his hand up and unleashing a wave of wind into it, throwing it into a few of its peers.
He span around, sending up his longcoat, covering his actions as he kicked another back. He scanned his ring in his Driver, throwing it up again and casting out another blast of wind to scatter the remainders.

Meanwhile, Bill Nye had just gotten off his plane from Africa and was feeling a little jet-lagged.
"If only i thought to bring some pain killers. I guess my little adventure in the Congo left me a little distracted," he sighed still thinking about his former friend, now dead.
He's walking down the street, when he hears a commotion up ahead. He speeds up from a causal walk to a slow run.
"Einstein's mustache!" he exclaims when he sees a man dressed in robes fighting off a pack of....something.

Casting out another burst of wind, he scattered the remaining Ghuls to the ground.
"There," he commented, "I didn't want to expend that much mana, but you made me."
His form shone for a few moments as he returned to his human form, clad in suit.

Bill was pretty much flabbergasted by the event. Sure he had met Kamen Riders and faced down monsters before, but he felt somehow this was different. As any good researcher would do, he decided to investigate.
"Excuse me!" he walks over to the man - hand outreached in a very American fashion, "You've just piqued my scientific curiosity. My name is Bill Nye and your name is.....?"

He ignored the man fully, turning and walking away, "Not important," he said, putting his hands in his pockets as he walked.

He could turn around and make sure to say something that would hopefully stop this annoyance, but he was too stubborn to make a turn towards him, so he kept going.

Wide eyed Bill found himself flung backwards by some unearthly gale.
"My word! What strange weather phenomena! This warrants further research!"

He drew his arm down and back into his pocket as he walked, hoping that would give him peace.

Bill rushed right over to Eisuke, magnifying glass at the ready.
"You were the source of that strange wind, weren't you? Just like during the battle with those creatures!"
