Description: Tall but beautiful, she usually wears a grey and black SPD uniform, with a skirt variant and ankle-high black boots. Also wears the Chief's uniform normally found on Branch Chief's, though the SPD operation is smaller than usual. Has a smaller holster on her waist for the SP Shooter, or a longer thigh holster for the D-Colt...and if its not there, its in a shoulder holster under her uniform jacket.

Morpher /Sequence: Master License: She thrusts the License to the side before presenting it forward in Change Mode. During that, "Emergency, Dekaranger." is called out. The DekaMetal is transported and covers her body, and she completes the sequence with "Face On."

Weapons:
- SP Shooter: Standard Side-arm carried in human form
- D-Colt: Present in both human and transformed mode, it is a long-barreled D-Magnum (think .44 magnum in a way), with single and burst fire modes, and fine-tuned sights. Carried in a shoulder holster most of the time, or in an elegant thigh-holster. Can also perform a Strike Out after Delete Approved, and can be dual-wielded with another weapon.
- D-Sword Vega: The signature weapon of DekaMaster and the so called “strongest sword in the universe.” The D-Sword in unactivated state is simply a dull blade, black and cracked along it’s edge. However when DekaMaster activates the blade by pressing down on the ear of the dog that makes up it’s hilt the true nature of the blade is released in a torrent of blue fire that shows the blades true, shining and perfected form. D-Sword Vega is incredibly sharp and powerful, especially when combined with the sword style that she learned from the man who saved her: “Ginga Ittoryuu” also known as the Galaxy Sword Style which gives her formidable skills in close combat. The sword also can be used as a gun, and is a powerful weapon in either form and should be feared.
- D-Wapper: Standard-issue handcuffs, carried in her belt.
- Murphy: The second favorite, and repainted grey, K-9 Unit of SPD has been assigned to her, and will follow her around. Also provides the means to assume Cyber Mode, and is her armor for Sonic Mode.
- Machine Bernard: This is the All Terrain, Armored Vehicle that Dekamaster uses to get around. It travels around the same speed as a motorcycle, and has powerful front mounted blasters on it.

Inside Stuff
Personality: She is a calm, collected individual, though in the past she considered suicide via Alienizer due to depression over her inability to control her powers, but was rescued by Kruger and recruited into SPD. One of her known antics is nicknaming every Alienizer before a fight, and the utilization of puns.
Strengths:
- Is a psychic (Or ESPer), since she can pick up sensory impressions of others through handling an object or visiting a location her target has touched or been to.
- Carries herself with confidence and elegance, knowing that her beauty comes with the territory and using it if it needs to be.
- Scores high on the target range.
- One of the top operatives in SPD, proficient in strategy, investigations, and fighting, among other things.
- A young master of the Galaxy Sword Style.
- Due to her training, she has managed to build up strength in her arms, leading to the fact that she works out almost daily, however she can.
Weaknesses:
- Over-use of her ESPer abilities exhausts her, and she has to wear gloves to help control her powers when she doesn't need to use them.
- Seeing her teammates get hurt, though this more often than not motivates her if in the thick of battle, otherwise she is a little more worried than usual and is supportive of them.
- Encountering horrible crimes committed with ESPer powers..it will throw her off for a little and if someone does not catch her she will fall..
- Has never aced the target range.
History: After being recruited into SPD, she went from being a lonely and depressed girl considering suicide, to growing up as a beautiful woman with a purpose. Before said recruitment however, she encountered the unsettling fact that she was different from others...everyone she talked to or had anything to do with...she could hear their thoughts in her mind...even after they said one thing...she knew that they thought another. Her inexperience with this state, as well as being unable to control it and feeling miserable every single day....drove her to considering suicide, or letting an Alienizer kill her.
But she was rescued by the Dekamaster of the time, Doggie Kruger, and recruited into SPD, being taken offworld to an academy. Later on, she graduated the academy with good marks, her effort was commended as she continued, driving herself to the limit on a number of occasions. Her hard work didn't go un-noticed either, continuing up before she finally earned her silver badge about seven months previous. Since then, she has settled into her role as a special investigator and detective, her ESPer abilities being extremely valuable, which often meant being sent on special assignments until recently...when she learned she'd be going home. The first time she's been to Earth in years. It excites and confuses her..
Anything Else: Battle License: Murphy carries this, and when he delivers it to her, she can use it to transform into Cyber Mode. Re-designed to her specifications, it enhances her agility and fighting ability, while giving her silver and grey armored short-pants in place of the previous attire, fitting in with her matching shoulder and gauntlet armor, which reinforces the Master armor, and equipping her with a sword, which she dual wields.
Sonic Mode: Murphy initiates the armor program, and completely becomes her protection, complete with rocket booster pack, siren lasers, and a flaming sword which can ignite, or be used in a Strike Out finisher, striking with multiple energy waves slashed in air which hit the target.
Sample RP: The woman hid behind a wall, being stalked by an Alienizer, or so the latter thought. As he sought to fire his weapon in her direction again, she stepped out from behind the wall, and shifted her License to Change mode, thrusting it to the side.
"Emergency, Dekamaster!"
The explosion hit as the transformation sequence was underway, Jasmine squaring her legs and jumping down, the Dekametal covering her completely before she landed on the platform.
"Face On!"
"Heh, did I get her.." The Alienizer would say as he stared into the explosion, but his answer would soon be in the negative as he would hear, "D-Colt!" and then be hit by several shots from that as the now transformed DekaMaster emerged from the smoke firing at him, before taking the D-Sword Vega in her other hand and slashing him with a powered strike.
Holstering the Colt, she kicked aside a punch before laying into the Alienizer with an elbow to the chin that sent him flailing slightly. Followed up by a few more punches and kicks, she spun backwards, using the Sword's gun mode and firing while her enemy was off-balance, the shots sending him to the ground.
As he got back to his feet, she spoke. "Tori Seijin Brumar, for the crimes of illegal weapons trafficking and conspiracy to destroy a prominent tower, along with assault of SPD
personnel...Judgement."
Having set her License to judge, it now called upon the ultimate court in the galaxy to determine the fate of the Alienizer...and after a few moments a red X flashed.
"Delete Approved." she said with the SPD salute, before bringing up her D-Colt in one hand. "D-Power, charging..." then the weapon reached full charge a few moments after she spoke.
"Strike Out!"
She fired one energy orb...the recoil almost knocking her to the ground. Jasmine managed to keep her footing as she watched the Alienizer explode, having deleted him.
"With that...this case is complete."
