She looked at Raina, thinking she saw part of the Morphin Blaster's handle. Without saying anything she took a few steps towards her and then suddenly jumped, grabbing at it.

That switch triggered inside Raina's mind, and one leg went back behind the other, her right hand near her waist as her left fist went in a jab to Inori's unprotected stomach

Inori had been training for years. She drew her arm down, using it to block the punch by pushing at the inside of Raina's arm, still reaching.

The Alter Ring appears around Raina's waist out of pure instinct and she jumps back, clapping her hands on either side of it, expelling light forward to blind Inori's forward motion.

Raina walked towards Inori calmly, the belt making a certain type of sound, charging up as the gold and black armored form appeared over her. Agito had appeared, though not by invitation.
