Overview: Levy Conway is sort of like The Question from the DC Animated Universe. He's paranoid, a conspiracy theorist, and tries to be a hero when a hero is most needed. He's very trustful of people, thinking every action someone takes has a darker motive behind it. The only person he has complete trust in is Marion Bloome who he has a major (and completely obvious) crush on.

History
Levy Conway was born in Wales where his father was a huge fanboy of old detective films. Levy spent his whole childhood watching (and learning) from these fake detectives. He wanted to become a detective himself and uncover the truth hidden from the public eye.
After his father and mother died in a tragic car accident, young Levy was adopted by a couple in London and there he went to live. His new "parents" wanted what was best for him and for him to pursue a useful career like becoming a doctor. Levy didn't want to become a doctor (he hated hospitals) - he still clinged to his dream of solving mysteries and uncovering the truth about that others didn't want the world finding out.
When the artificial continent Atlantis came into being five years ago, Levy was with one of the first groups of civilians to settle in it.
Levy was convinced there was dark mystery surrounding Atlantis (his earlier theories include that the artificial continent was a people farm for big chain restaurants) and so he went to "work" as a detective. This snooping around of his and accusing of various Atlantian officials of various nefarious acts would often put him at odds with the Atlantian authorities.
When the Brigand A.I. went rogue after getting infected by a mysterious virus, Levy managed to save a family trapped in a burning building, that was set on fire during the chaos. His act of heroism was duly noted and he was recommended for the REVOLUTION project.
He was eventually selected as to become the Gold Ranger, but, as he was told, with a very tight leash. He was convinced the only reason he was selected to be a member was so that he could better monitor his actions as he was so close to discovering the truth behind everything rotten in Atlantis.
The scientists in charge of the project, quickly grew concerned with Levy's "unusual behavior and forced him into seeing a psychiatrist twice a week. There he was diagnosed with both paranoid schizophrenia and ADHD. He was told he could continue being the Gold Ranger if he stayed on his meds. Levy hasn't taken them once..........

"Where's Gold?" the scientist sighed, looking around for the missing Ranger.

REVOLUTION Gold aka Levy Conway, meanwhile, was snooping around the women's dorm looking for...."clues". He stopped at one door in particular and smiled.
"Marion Bloome's room - excellent."
He pulls out a pair of tweezers and gets to work on that lock - only to find it completely unlocked.
"Oh," he muttered as he opens the door. He slides insides and takes a look around.
He slinks over to the dresser beside her bed and opens it.
"I've found the Holy Grail!" he proclaimed before quickly shooting his mouth.
He pulls out a pair of a lacy panties and sniffs them.
"Intoxicating."
"What are you doing in my room?"
He drops the panties and slowly turns around, sweat beating down his face.
"Oh hello, Marion. Pleasant day we're having, isn't it?"
