Ryuga turned to the waitress as well, speaking up clearly. "New York strip, please, butterflied, and well done to a deep gray. A side of mixed greens, and a baked sweet potato, with cinnamon and butter, no marshmallows. And I'd like it correct, regardless of how long it takes." He spoke very clearly, and rather matter-of-factly.

Not knowing how to follow that up, Eve blinked. "I'll have the barbecue chicken and baked potato lass" she said, handing her the menu.
"No!!! Not the chicken. Steak Evey, steak!"
"Shut up!" Eve yelled. After half the people in the resteraunt started staring she sunk lower in her chair. "An a bit of auld liquor" she said, blushing.

Ryuga sighed from her outburst, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Last I checked, Eve, we're supposed to be discreet. That means not yelling at your Power Animals in public. I thought I taught you about self-control." He scolded sternly.

"Sorry Shisou" Eve said. "But Hound can drive me up a wall faster than I can blink sometimes" she said.
"He's being taken care of" Coyote pointed out. Eve heard Hound let out a sound like he'd just been slappeed and heard Jackal scolding him.
"Thanks" Eve replied sliently. Looking at Ryuga she said "sometimes I'm glad its just these three."

"That would probably be a smart idea. I'm a little disappointed that you haven't gotten used to it yet, but you have had much less experience with Power Animals than I have, so it's understandable." Ryuga said, a bit plainly, but with a veiled kindness to his words.

Ryuga chuckled a little, before responding. "Well, I doubt the Orgs would just sit around with their horns up their rears. So we've got to keep moving, and actively search for the remaining Power Animals, and for compatible partners for them."

"Seems to be the case." As he spoked, the waitress returned with their food, placing the dishes before the two of them. "Ah, good. Prompt service." He said happily, picking up his silverware and quickly cutting a piece from his steak before the waitress had a chance to walk away. Picking up the cut off piece with his fork, his eyes narrowed on it, before a growl escaped his lips. "And what, exactly, is this? This meat is bloody. I specifically said to cook it well done. Are you daft? Undercooked meat can be very dangerous to a person's health, and this meat isn't just undercooked, it's nearly blasted raw! I demand to have a word with your chef immediately. For the prices you charge, I'd expect you'd be able to complete such a simple order without bringing me food poisoning on a plate."
