As the leader of the reptile tribe her personality is the personification of such. She is a sly and cunning woman who will do anything to gain power, she uses her abilities liberally not caring who gets caught in the crossfire as long as it allows her to achieve her goals. She is also a champion of experiments as she regularly abducts humans, or anything really, in order to try out her new poisons and toxins to see if it work as it should, she has no qualms in experimenting with people in order for the ‘greater good’. However she does have a soft spot for her own tribe, she takes care of them and will not let them go into harm freely.

Her hair of snakes can also bite into the person to deliver poisons into their system.

History
When Noriko woke up in the modern world after years of cataonic sleep she realized that only she had woken up, her other members had not woken up yet and it would be up to her to protect her tribe from the others. Since then she had been working as a chemistry teacher at a local high school, the perfect cover for her, as she occasionally abducts people in order to test her new poisons.
She then soon learned about the search for a new Jyu-Ogami, her lust for power then emerged as she vowed to do anything to obtain that title, once she became Jyu-Ogami then she would poison this world into a world that is favorable to her tribe.

Noriko looked over at the bush as she saw a small snake sliter out of it, smiling she went up to it as it slithered up her arm, “Hello little snake, what are you doing here?” she asked motherly as it hissed as Noriko nodded, “Ah yes I understand…that is a hard life,” as she then put her arm down and set the snake rolling again. She sighed as she watch the snake go, she sometimes wondered if her tribe would one day revive, she was sweet on them and she didn’t want them to sleep forever. Perhaps one day…one day when she became thee Jyu-Ogami then she would change this despicable world, a world where poisonous fumes run in the air, and the water was so tainted that one sip would send anyone into death itself.
But for now…for now she would have to remain strong and become this teacher for the humans, she heard out the call for her as she sighed, she then put on a sweet fake smile, “Yes I’m coming,” she called out before going towards them.
