Overview: At first glance, Kamina is boisterous, hotheaded, and arrogant. He demands recognition and seems hungry for greatness, illustrated in his tendency to call himself "the Mighty Kamina" and his signature catchphrase, "Who the Hell do you think I am?!" He is an idealist with tremendous determination, sometimes to the point of ignorance.

Kamina is also extremely determined; he never lets anything keep him down for long. He is also devoted to defending and supporting his friends and loved ones, fighting with all his strength to protect them. In turn, he is very charismatic in the heat of battle, able to inspire even the most timid allies to great feats.

Despite his often-insane actions, Kamina has a fairly insightful personality. His bravado and fearlessness is also little more than a facade to mask his own worries and support others; and despite his often moronic moves, he has a level of common sense.

• Toppa Ignition - a red device with a round, raised green screen on the front of it, that's about four inches across, not including brackets on each side that add another inch. These are where the belt portion of the ignition forms and attaches during Kamina's Henshin Sequence. The device has a round, raised slot, called the Drive Slot, in the top for Core Drill Keys, though the center of the screen also has a slot of its own. (See Henshin Sequence) This device also assists in detecting monsters, displaying them as dots in relation to Kamina, much like RADAR.
  
• Core Drill Keys – A set of six objects, about the size of a car key, designed to interface with the Toppa Ignition, as well as a seventh composed entirely of energy, each Key transforms Kamen Rider Toppa into a different form when used with the front of the Toppa Ignition, or activates a different type of finisher when used in the top Drive Slot.
  • Core Drill Toppa (see image, green spiral): The basic Core Drill Key, this key is the one most commonly used during Kamina's initial Henshin sequence. Finishers activated with this Core Drill tend to be variations on the Giga Drill Break.
    
  • Core Drill Launcher (Gold, yellow spiral): This Core Drill Key transforms Kamina into Toppa Sniper, and his attacks become more ranged focused. Finishers activated with this Core Drill tend to be ranged/launching attacks.
    
  • Core Drill Pyro (Red, red spiral): This Core Drill Key transforms Kamina into Toppa Vulcan, and his attacks create flames and magma, or use heat from friction as a weapon. Finishers activated with this Core Drill tend to involve heat or flame.

  • Core Drill Terra (Orange, orange spiral): This Core Drill Key transforms Kamina into Toppa Geode, who's attacks usually involve tunneling, or forcing chunks of earth up or at his opponents. Finishers activated with this Core Drill tend to involve tunneling, or burying his enemy.
    
  • Giga Core Drill (Glowing Green, white spiral): This Core Drill Key is a special case, and can only be manifested when Kamina needs its immense power the most, forming directly from Kamina's “fighting spirit”. This Core Drill Key transforms Kamina into Dai-Toppa, who is similar to Kamen Rider Toppa, except on a much greater scale. This is the only Core Drill which cannot be used with any other, thus its finisher can only be used with it.
    

Henshin Sequence: Kamina removes the Toppa Ignition from somewhere in his coat, and places it on his waist, as it forms a black belt around him. He then pulls out Core Drill Toppa (or another Core Drill if he wishes to immediately take on an alternate form), inserting it into the slot in the center of the Ignition's screen, before turning it clockwise. The screen then lights up in a clockwise spiral (see key descriptions for each key for the color) from the center as the key glows, and vanishes into the Ignition. Once the screen is entirely lit, Kamina yells “HENSHIN!” And is surrounded by swirling energy the same color as the color of the spiral on the Ignition's screen, and when it fades after a few seconds, he's now Kamen Rider Toppa (or another form).

  Image/ Description: Toppa's entire body is lightly armored, with a pair of gold shoulder pads with black edges, and heavier gauntlets and boots than most Riders. His chest has a set of gold accents that resemble a pair of eyes, and his helmet has angular “eyes” that stick out like his sunglasses normally would, with a white patch where his mouth would be, and a pair of gold, curved antennae.

  • Core Drill Cryo: Giga Drill Shatter – Toppa rushes past the target, a strike from a temporarily wielded Cryo Drill freezing them solid. He then forms a Giga Drill, and shatters them by running it through the now ice statue.
    
  • Core Drill Aero: Giga Drill Cyclone - Toppa raises a Giga Drill to point straight up, which starts to spin, forming a tornado around Toppa that pulls his target towards it, and the drill, yanking them in, and smashing them against the raised drill before he smashes it down on top of them to grind them away.

  Weapons: Toppa Drill Missiles – Toppa can manifest these drills, longer and thinner than normal Toppa Drills, from practically any point on his body, preferring his hands for feet, or sometimes his shoulders, or in parallel rows along his spine. These drills can then be launched with rudimentary guidance to a target, or targets.

  • Core Drill Toppa: Hurricane Drill Break - Toppa forms a Giga Drill, and four tornadoes form around it as it revs up, all meeting at the tip as he charges. His first strike knocks them into the air, then he points the drill up at them, the combined tornadoes smashing into the target with hurricane force.
    
  • Core Drill Launcher: Toppa Bomber - Toppa flies over the enemy twice, forming an X pattern, and each pass is accompanied by several exploside Toppa Missiles blasting the area the target is in.

  Fighting Style: Punching and kicking, with Drills to augment some of his blows. Tends towards surprise attacks from underground.
  Weapons: Toppa Hyper Bore – Toppa will primarily manifest these drills on his hands or feet, or combine them into larger, tunneling drills held with both hands inside them, or concealing his legs to burrow underground at high speed.
  Abilities: Underground Sonar, allowing him to locate targets on the surface when burrowing.

  Image/ Description: As Toppa, except his eyes now merge into one visor-like portion, with an upward point in the center, and a smaller point on each side pointing down at an angle, making his “eyes” resemble a star. He also has large semi-transparent black armor over the "eyes" on his chest, resembling his sunglasses. He also now manifests swirling green energy from vents in the back of his helmet, and from his wrists and ankles.
  Motif: Drills
  Color Scheme: As Toppa, with gold replacing the black “bracers” on his arms and legs.
  Transformation: After the Giga Core Drill forms from green energy in Kamina's hand, he inserts it into the Toppa Ignition's screen's center, turning it clockwise. The central spiral fills up in white, and he yells “Dai-Toppa! HENSHIN!” before the screen goes white, and matching swirling energy forms around him. After several moments, he almost seems to tear himself out of the energy around him before it dissipates, completing the transformation.
  Fighting Style: Punching and kicking, with Drills to augment some of his blows. Though these drills are MUCH larger than Toppa's normal ones.
  Weapons: Toppa Giga Drill – Normally seen in Toppa's standard finisher, these drills are now normal weapons for Di-Toppa, and are used as normal, though he can change the shape (length/width) as desired, creating “shields” and “swords” if needed.
  Toppa Shuriken - Dai-Toppa can also throw the large "sunglasses" armor on his chest like a shuriken or weild it like a large, oddly shaped sword. This weapon can also split in midair to form two shuriken, typically as a lead-in into his Finisher.
  Abilities: Regeneration, heavily heightened strength and speed, flight.
  • Giga Toppa Punch – Identical to the normal Toppa Punch, except using a Giga Drill.

  • Heaven Piercing Giga Drill Break - Toppa throws his Toppa Shuriken, which splits in midair, and juggles the enemy, until they brace against the victim's limbs, holding them suspended in midair, as he forms an IMMENSE (25 feet long, 10 feet wide at its widest point) Giga Drill on one arm, pointing skyward. He then aims the drill at his target as it revs up, then expels green energy from the rear like a rocket, obscuring Dai-Toppa as he flies at his suspended target. Once the target is destroyed, he catches his Toppa Shuriken, placing it back on his chest as the target explodes.

History

People may ask, was there ever a time Kamina wasn't full of energy, pep, and all around one of the most confident people on the planet?

No. No there wasn't. Even as a child, he was rambunctious, and tended towards not following direction he didn't agree with. As a result, his parents were convinced he'd wind up some hoodlum on the streets somewhere. But they were wrong. On the contrary, as he got older, he usually got in fights with the "Gangs" that tended to be cropping up as he progressed through school, and was old enough to do so.

His life, however, changed one day, when he went on a trip to check out an archeological site outside Hokkaido. Why? Why not? It seemed interesting at the time, and he had no idea how right he would be.

Getting seperated from the main tour group (through no small effort on his part), Kamina wound up falling into a chamber, occupied only by dust, himself... and a small shrine, with a pristine metal box resting on an altar depicting warriors and monsters clashing, the wall behind the altar dominated by a large spiral groove.

Kamina, in another moment of his particular brand of impulsive brilliance, chose to collect the box, and make his way home. Inside, was the Toppa Ignition, and six small drill-shaped keys, one of them, Core Drill Toppa, tied to a chord. Deciding these made a suitable souvenir, not knowing what they were, Kamina put on the necklace carrying the Core Drill.

And as he slept, he dreamed. Dreamed of monsters ravaging the ancient world. Of beings rising up to fight them, transforming from mere humans to... something else. He dreamed of spirals and drills, and as he woke, her looked at the Toppa Ignition... and he understood. He was meant for more than just stopping street thugs. These monsters had returned, and new ones had joined them.

And he was going to stop them. So, collecting the Core Drills, and the Toppa Ignition, the young man ran away to find his destiny. This was four years ago, and he's been operating on his own since then.

Anything Else: Kamina has not yet manifested the Giga Core Drill, and as a result, has no idea he even HAS a final form. It'll be discovered in RP eventually.
Additional note: Kamina can use his Core Drill Keys in the ignitions of normal vehicles, transforming them into new forms, depending on the key, though the forms are always red and black, like Toppa's armor, no matter what Core Drill is used. This seems to be permanent unless Kamina then uses Core Drill Toppa on the vehicle. He'll usually rename the vehicle once it transforms.

• Launcher - makes the vehicle heavily armed. Other forms from Core Drills may provide weapons, but Launcher vehicles are mobile arsenals.
  
• Pyro - Makes the vehicle capable of much higher top speeds.
  
• Cryo - Makes a vehicle capable of travel on water. If used on a water vehicle, makes it now a submersible.
  
• Aero - Makes the vehicle capable of flight. When used on flying vehicles, it makes the vehicle capable of teleportation.
  
• Terra - Makes a vehicle capable of land travel if otherwise it could not. If used on a land vehicle, it makes it heavily armored, and capable of burrowing.
  

Theoretically, Toppa could use multiple Core Drills, or ALL his Core Drills on one vehicle, providing it ALL these benefits.

"Give up, Kamen Rider! You have no chance of breaking through MY armor!" The monster cackled, as Kamen Rider Toppa picked himself up from yet another failed Toppa Kick.

"Give up? You want me to give up!?" The Rider demanded as he straightened up, crossing his arms over his chest. "Who the hell do you think I am!?" The Rider then held one hand up towards the sky, a small, grey drill held in his hand. His Core Drill Toppa. "I'm Kamen Rider Toppa! And My drill will be the one to pierce heaven, and tear down the hell you crawled from!"

The hand with the Core Drill then came down, inserting the Drill into the top of his belt, and turning it as the screen lit up green. "Drive Boost! Toppa!" The Toppa Ignition declared, as green energy swirled around Toppa's hand, and formed into a much larger drill.

"Let's see how you stand up to this! GIGA! DRILL! BREAK!"
