Marilen was sitting around on a big rock in a park, looking at her phone, playing a little on it. She had nothing to do today.

'Hnn... What to do, what to do. I've heard about little progress as far as Jyu Extermination goes... As I am now, I have time to kill, but doing what? With whom? Where even?' Ishida questioned in his mind, walking further and further down the path he was on. He held his cane firmly in-hand, watching as leaves began to fall around him--deciding to humor himself, he used his powers to slow the descent of the leaves making them appear as if they hovered around him.

As soon as he had used his powers, Marilen had felt it. It was easy enough for her to become aware of another ESPer's abilities, the powers of another psychic. She closed her phone and headed over the short distance, standing a bit behind a tree to see this man.

Ishida grew bored again, dropping all of the leaves. He opened his eyes slowly as all the leaves were suddenly split into two, he could be seen re-sheathing something but what was hard to make out. "Such a dull day..."

"If a psychic does it right, a day isn't dull," Marilen told him.

"Hm?" He looked in direction of the voice, seeing an attractive young woman standing there, he raised a brow. "So, it would appear I'm not the only Esper." He chuckled, clearly amused.

"I personally prefer 'psychic'," she said, lifting leaves up, "ESPer almost makes it sound like we're limited. But maybe that's just me."

"Different term, same meaning, it matters not to me." He replied, closing his eyes. "I'm surprised to find another... psychic, though."

"So am I," she said, still a bit wary. He was a psychic; that didn't mean she could fully trust him. She knew better than that.

"You do not have to trust me, I understand trusting a stranger could prove bad." He chuckled, "I'm only amused solely by the fact of another Psychic. By chance, were you also gifted by eternity?" He looked at her with one eye opened.

"Eternity?" she questioned hesitantly.

"When I'm around you, I feel... a sense of familiarity..." He chuckled. "Don't tell me you don't feel it too?"

"I do."

"Interesting. So then I must be right, you must possess the original then--I was told that there were at least two pieces of Eternity since mine was replicated from the original." He was vague--and yet he wasn't.

"Show me," she told him immediately, not joking around, dead serious.
