Kamina grinned at Leopold for a moment, then his eyes widened as he quickly started pounding the neko-jyy's back to help knock the chunk of kebab he was choking on loose.

Leopold choked up and spat out the kebab, which somehow came out without a spot of mayonnaise on it. "Y-you're good p-people..." he said between gasps of air. "Really, if there were more people like you in the world, I'm sure there'd be less violence."

Kamina grins, going from pounding to a little pat on the back as he sat back down to continue eating.

Leopold looked up at the Sun. His ultimate destiny was to become the creator of violence, to lead the Jyu and kill every last person on Earth. At least, if he chose the path that the other Jyu leaders decided to follow. Somehow he wasn't as excited, he didn't really want to fight. "Kamina... Say you were trapped in a destiny you didn't want, and were even granted the equipment to complete this destiny... Say this destiny is literally the exact opposite of what you want... What would you do?" he asked, silently biting into another mayonnaise slathered kebab.

Leopold sighed and looked down at the kebab he was eating. "I don't want to fight. It's too bothersome, and eventually someone's gonna start bitchin' about the damage I did," he complained. "Fighting isn't always the answer." At least, he hoped as much.

"Maybe... maybe." Kamina nodded. "But sometimes... no, a lot of the time, you don't have a choice. It's either fight, or watch everything go to hell because you did nothing."
The man, his expression serious, looked over at Leopold. "And I don't think I'd be able to live with knowing I could have changed my destiny for the better, and didn't."

Leopold looked at Kamina. "I'm the Leopard Jyu," he said bluntly. "The leader of the Neko Jyu." He looked down at his hands for a moment, giving them a look like they were covered in blood instead of mayonnaise and hot sauce. "My destiny... Is to kill every human on this planet..."

Kamina goes quiet, seeming to study the Leopard Jyu. He's quiet for several moments more as he takes off his sunglasses, after cleaning off his fingers.
"And yet you're sitting here telling me that's the opposite of what you want to do. It sounds like these Jyu would be considered monsters... but looking at you, I wouldn't call you one."
The man turned to look directly at Leopold, rather than studying him sidelong like he had. "You're as much a man as I am, and have as much power to take your destiny in your own hands, and turn it into something you could live with."
He then grinned, drawing out his Toppa Ignition, and resting it in his lap. "And if nothing else, I'm sure fate can arrange to make sure you have a helping hand. Or drill."

Leopold wiped his hands off with a napkin before smacking his left hand into his chest. A white glow shined from the spot he hit as he pulled out the Fist of the Beast King. He swung the sword for a moment before slamming it into the ground. He smiled for just a moment. "Kamina, I want you to make me a promise."

"The moment I pick up this sword with the intention to take away the life of an innocent being... Slay me. I know you can do it, you smell like a Kamen Rider, I know you have the power," Leopold said without hesitating, his eyes on the sword impaled into the ground.

Kamina is quiet for a moment, then nods. "I promise, on my honor as a man, and as a Kamen Rider, if it comes to that, I will."
He then holds up a hand to Leopold.
"But you better promise to never let that fire in your soul burn out to the point you surrender to your destiny and make me have to put you down! Deal?"
