Hikaru had to react fast to the rapidly approaching Beast. He hit his Transpod, summoning his Sougan Blade to him.
When the Beast Dopant was close enough in range, Hikaru slashed out - aiming for his neck.

It hit, but didn't do much. Maybe if he used his suit's full strength, but ordinary strength didn't wound him.

"Damn," Hikaru cursed, "It seems i'm going to have to give this one my all."
He tightened the grip on his Sougan Blade as power surged through his body, accumulating in both arms.
With his strength now at its full capacity, Hikaru once again slashed the mighty Beast.

Beast parried, but took a cut along the arm.
"Bastard," it hissed.

"So you can communicate? Excellent," he pressed the blade of his weapon against the Beast's throat, "Tell me, what exactly is your goal here?"

Hikaru was nearly knocked backwards, but quickly managed to regain his composure.
"Your rampage stops now, beast! As a gentleman and a Buster it is my sworn duty to defeat you!"
Hikaru rushed at the Dopant with another few strengthened slashes, this time all aimed for the torso.

He took hits and continued to stumble backwards, throwing in punches as possible.

Hikaru kept on slashing while taking on Beast's punches, head on.
He was gonna keep on with the attack until he felt the power begin to drain from his upper limbs.
"Shit. Need to finish this quickly."

Koyomi ran over, grabbing him by an arm and pulling him back as Beast swung again, causing it to miss.
"I can help you," she told him quickly as the Dopant advanced.

As the Dopant neared, she put his hand to her chest, infusing a little magic into it, "Grab it," she said, a small magical seal forming around his hand to draw her weapon of the heart.

Hikaru's eyes widened, "What is th-?"
He saw the Dopant near and nodded - he had no time for questions.
He did as he was told and grabbed it, waiting to see what sort of reaction was to occur.

The heart would take the manifestation as what he willed it to, molding her heart into whatever weapon he would desire.

Hikaru gasped as he pulled an object right from Koyomi's body - a golden-blade rapier with a handle decorated with crystal roses.
"Amazing....!"
