"Primitive, perhaps, but you possess great intellect and knowledge over weaponry and technology." He remarked, snapping his fingers as the Inhumanoids withdrew--only the two Hakaiders in front of him remained. "I want to be allied with your organization to create strength between us both--also, I wish to make you one of my own agents. Agent Five to be specific--Codename: Pyat." He explained.

"Since this is clearly a business transaction, I've got two questions. Try your best not to give me generic answers," Guy said sharply. "First off, what happens if I decline your offer? Second, what benefit would I get from teaming up with you? I've got no problem with power, I control a large chunk of the world's economy and weaponry. If anything, it sounds like you'd be getting all of the benefits."

"Hm, fair questions." He chuckled; "First, I would leave you be. I have no intention of starting a conflict with one I am unsure I can overcome, I wish only to be allies or nothing at all--not enemies." He began, "Second, being one of my Agents will earn you a position within my scheme which should it succeed you will have far more than what you have now." He chuckled again, "I will also lend you my support as you need. Basically as these primitive beings say, I scratch your back and you scratch mine?"

"Sounds interesting. And can I be sure that you won't stab me in the back at some point? Obviously, you'll want me to develop your weaponry, and I've no problem with that. But I need insurance that you won't use my own inventions against me in the future," Guy explained, tossing the envelope back at Vladimir.

Abrella--now reverted back to his 'human' form of Vladimir--had caught the envelope. "You have my word. The only ones of whom I turn my 'fangs' upon are those who violate my trust and stab me in the back first." He confessed, "Do you find that satisfactory?"

"Only if you realize that I'll be regulating the use of my inventions while in your care. Is that satisfactory?" Guy asked, sticking his hand out for a handshake.

"Very much so." Vladimir smiled as he extended his own hand and grasped ahold of Guy's hand firmly. "I look forward to this partnership."

Guy nodded, a smirk on his face. "One more thing. I'll need access to your laboratories, a section of your garage, and I want a guaranteed power position. A name tag and a title isn't enough for me," Guy said delicately.

"Very well, you are permitted such. You may use my bases and labs here in Europe as you please--that I believe is 'section' enough for you. You will have a guaranteed position, since you possess your own group that I can call my ally I believe I can appoint you as... Third Head of CIPHRA, does that sound good enough for you?"

"Very well. I'll work with it. See that I get the proper respect, though," Guy added , bowing. "And I'll make sure that you have your respect, as well. I believe that that is a fair trade. Tell me which weapons or technologies you require, and I'll immediately use my resources to begin research and development. Do not hesitate to call upon my services, leader."

He chuckled, quite amused and yet admiring of how Guy took this. "Yes, as it should be." He turned, "You will receive an Order on how I wish for you to first act soon enough. For now, I shall let you enjoy the accessibility of my Weapon Labs here in Europe. Get used to your position, and eagerly await for the time to stir some chaos of your choosing."

"Very well," Guy said as Athena walked to his side. "Would you like something to drink, then, sir?" Guy asked as the Hover Bay descended from above, as if on cue. "I invite you into my abode to relax."

"Oh that sounds nice." He chuckled, "Yet, I would have to decline, this time at least." He told him, "I have other places I must visit--for there are many preparations to make. This was but one of the first steps."

Guy nodded and grabbed onto Athena, who held him and propelled them into the hovering Hover Bay as the doors open. Guy grabbed something from his coat and threw it at Vladimir. "My contact card, then! I'll be off to see about those spaces I was promised!"

Vladimir merely smiled innocently as he caught the card, giving Guy a nod he turned and began to be on his way. There was much to still prepare if Vladimir would have things unfold as he desired, yet this was a good beginning.
A good beginning to achieve an even greater end.
