"Your human methods of restraint are crude, but effective when combined with our more sophisticated methods. You shall serve as the bait in my trap to destroy your team members, before I destroy you!" The Black Pantheon monster screamed, throwing his head back and laughing. Michelle and the monster were in an abandoned factory, and the monster had taken a human guise specifically to bait his trap with Michelle. She was hanging from the ceiling, her upper body clad in some kind of supernatural chainmail that held her arms in a straitjacket position attached to a chain holding her to the ceiling, her legs were secured at the ankles and knees with duct tape, and she had duct tape wound around her head.
"Mmmmmph!" Michelle yelled through the tape, struggling valiantly.
"Now, we wait." The monster said, as it melded into the shadows. Michelle got comfortable, or at least as comfortable as possible, since she was suspended a good 20 feet above the factory floor.

Ryan had meant to try to see Michelle today, but couldn't find her. He talked to a few people whom had seen her, determined to get to her today. There were plenty of girls in school, but she was a fighter, and his ally. Damn it, he was going to make a try at his teammate.
After finally figuring out how to use the base's computers to track a Morpher, he found her and headed that way. When he realized it was a warehouse, he realized something was off, and snuck around, glancing inside from behind the wall.
"Oh...," he said, looking around and going inside. He ran over and looked up, and then tried to find a way to get up at her.

Michelle saw Ryan, but stayed relatively still. She didn't want to alert the monster to his presence, but it appeared the monster had done that for himself, as it rose out of the shadows in front of Ryan.
"My first victim." It growled, smiling. It raised a single clawed hand and brought it down, intending to smash Ryan's skull in.

"Damn it," he muttered, rolling away, just barely evading. He lifted his Morphers, initiating his Morph sequence. He ran through the black energy and rushed out at a much higher speed, going to plow directly into the monster.

The monster also accessed it's own state of high speed and dodged the attack. It produced a sword, and assumed a stance.
"Come get me, child."

He looked up at Michelle, almost tempted to shoot her down, but with that drop? No. He put his attention back on the monster, "Don't worry, I will save you," he told her, "It wouldn't be cool if I lost trying to save the damsel."
He drew his Buster into sword mode and rushed in again.

"MMMMPH!" Michelle screamed in rage at being the damsel. It annoyed her to have to be saved so much.
The monster smiled, and swung crosswise at Ryan's head.

Ryan didn't parry, he ducked and evaded. He'd rather evade than risk parrying. He span around, trying to get at the back of the monster, taking a slash.

The sword grazed the monster's back, and it flipped around, swinging for his head.

He sidestepped, but his shoulder took the hit, causing him to curse. He span around, throwing a roundhouse for the monster.

The roundhouse contacted with the monster's face, causing it to stumble back. It growled and swung at Ryan's head again.

Michelle screamed through her gag. She didn't want that fucker keeping his promise to destroy her teammates one by one.
"Time to die, child." The monster said, standing over Kyle and raising it's sword for a dramatic final stab.
