Koyomi was walking around alone, getting some looks about her dress seeming out of place, especially with the winter, but she was used to them. Very used to them.
But she was still alone. Always alone, wondering if someone could help find her past with her, or if she was meant to do it alone, with what limited magic she had.

'Damn mage.' 'Haruto' thought to himself, not too far away. He was thinking about his previous encounter with the mahotsukai. It was an easy fight, since thanks to his gate's abilities, he was proven to be the superior mage. He wondered what to do now, since he lost his gate target and the mahotsukai seemingly gone.

As she walked more towards Haruto's direction, she felt something. Magic? Someone with magical energy was nearby. She stopped and looked around, searching. It could either go well or poorly, and she hoped for the best.

'Haruto' suddenly though vaguely sensed something, but he couldn't detect what. Was it a gate? No, seemed different of some sort. He murmured to himself. "What's this feeling?"
He shrugged it off.

'Okay, something's definitely not right' Haruto thought, again feeling something was off, but coming closer to him. Maybe he'll bait this sense into coming closer, because it was starting to get on his nerves that he was being tracked by something unknown.

"Nani?" 'Haruto' questioned, hearing someone and immediately turned around, expecting an enemy, but was surprised instead to see a...rather cute girl? Trying to put on his gate disguise to avoid blowing his cover, he asked. "Excuse me?"

"And what are you?" Dragon asked, transforming into his first red-and-black phantom form.
A voice then telepathically spoke to Koyomi; the very voice that Dragon used earlier in his disguise. 'Don't answer him! Turn and run!'
