"Run pathetic humans, run!" Tadewi said as lightning rumbled and flashed before attacking several cars, making them explode spectacularly, it was fun to do this once in a while. Just let loose and destroy something, and with the training that she done with her sister in the Nevada Desert, her strikes have definitely improved.
Her sister was also having fun, burning people and making things blow up, both were in their masked form so their attacks weren't as powerful as it would be if they were in their monster form. But they felt that destroying a good portion of a city didn't warrant their monster form, "Hey sis what do you think we should do after this?" she asked.
"Don't know, maybe blow up a church or something like that," Tadewi said with a laugh as she blew up a house by having a powerful thunder strike at it.

Monique stood down the street, watching the destruction.
"At least I have a change of clothes at home." Monique muttered, as she walked into an alley and summoned the latex, transforming into Latice. She climbed a nearby fire escape to the roof and created a bow and arrow, firing an arrow meant to explode and restrain the target at Tadewi.

Tadewi had not been expecting the arrow, so when it exploded and binded her she had been more then surprised, Ran looked up to see where the arrow had been fired from as she then sent a fireball towards Monique, "Leave my sister alone!" she cried out.

Latice quickly reformed the bow into a shield, blocking the fireball. She formed the bow again and fired another similar arrow, aiming for Ran's torso.

Ran was more ready for the arrow then her sister as she dodged sideways and fired two fireballs towards Latice, both of them flying sideways to attack Monique on two ends instead of a straight frontal assault.

Monique dodged back, causing the balls to collide into each other and explode. She began to run across the roof, keeping low so Ran wouldn't see her.

"Sis, can you get out?" Ran asked as she tried to pull on the bindings to no avail.
"No I can't, I think you'll have to defeat that Rider before you can free me," Tadewi said, "don't worry I'm sure you'll do fine," as Ran nodded and jumped up to the rooftop trying to chase Monique down.

Latice hid behind a roof access and created a ball of latex about the size of a baseball, a "latex grenade" as she had dubbed it. She waited, her black suit blending into the shadow.

Ran cautiously looked around her, her flames at the ready, the moment she sees that Rider she'll blast him to pieces and force him to undo the bindings he had caused on her sister.

Latice burst out of cover and hurled the ball at Ran's torso, before running and leaping off the edge of the roof, shooting out a tendril of latex which stuck to the wall and stopped her fall. She lowered herself to the ground and began to sneak to a point behind Tadewi.

Ran saw the grenade and jumped out of the way as it exploded, barely able to escape being binded like her sister, before she looked around to try and find Monique, "Where are you human?" she growled.

Even if Latice wanted to respond, she wouldn't be able to, since the mask gagged her. She formed the bow from earlier and fired it at Tadewi, this time aiming for the head.

Ran sensed the arrow flying towards her as she spun out of the way and fired a fireball towards her, as the fireball was flying towards Monique she ran towards her to deliver a kick to the head.

Latice formed the bow into a shield again and blocked the fireball, then noticed Ran rushing in and used the shield to block the kick. She wondered if the arrow had connected with Tadewi.

Ran then followed by a punch imbuned with flame before jumping up and delivering a heel kick to Monique's head, "What did you do with my sister?" she asked angrily.
