She had forgotten that she had friends from elementary school, so she had technically had a childhood, but she'd forgotten that when she started this conversation.

He dropped his arm off of her and pulled his tray to himself, instead of going back over or around, eating where he now sat in relative quiet.

Michelle had finished eating. "Well, see ya later." She said, disposing of her tray in the proper place and leaving. As she walked, she mentally beat the ever-loving hell out of herself for treating Ryan like that. He hadn't done anything to deserve it.

He just sat around, picking around at his food instead of eating it at this point. He didn't say anything back to her as she had left. It was kind of hurtful, but it made enough sense. Still, the way she said it.
