"Damn!" Shun exclaimed a swear as he began to find the Machine Gun not having as good of an effect as he thought it did before. Throwing it aside he gritted his teeth, crossing his arms. "Enough of this!" He yelled, "HENSHIN!" He threw his arms out and that signature green glow emitted from his belt.

Leaping forward from the glow, now transformed as Gills, his eyes shined a bright red as he raised his leg--a blade extending out from his heel as he went to dig it into the shoulder of one of the Gigavirs'. Letting out a roar, he dug his heel deeper into them before tearing it out--a gash being left in one Gigavir. Although now Gills turned to find more heading his way. He cursed under his breath before letting out a roar, golden claws extending from his arms as he leapt forward trying to cut into one before turning his attention to another. Yet Gills found that the main issue here wasn't how strong these guys were, but rather their numbers.

'Too many..! I'm beginning to find myself swarmed while Shuya deals with the big guy..!' He jumped back, panting out. "I can't get tired yet... I'm not that weak!" He told himself before getting into stance--waiting for the moves of the Gigavirs

Two Gigavirs move to each side of Gills and try their best to restrain his arms. Another two step forward, their machine guns trained on Gills' torso, and prepare to fire.

Gills growled out when he felt the Gigavirs grasp his arms, truly they underestimated the physical strength of this Rider. Letting out a roar, he smashed the Gigavirs on his arms together and holding them like so, he began to run forward at the two aiming their guns at Gills--using the previous two Gigavirs as "human shields".

The two Gigavirs start rapid firing at Gills and his "shield."

Backspace watches from his floating perch, undetected, and is slightly amused by this man's ingenuity.

One of the still intact, but badly damaged, Gigavirs Gills is using as shield whacks the rider a few times on the noggin with his own machine gun arm.

Gills flinches in pain from the hits, although the pain only is present for but a few moments as he feels his temper thin and his rage come out. Gills throws his "makeshift-shield" ahead. The four Gigavirs colliding together. Gills pants as he crouches, the claws on his arms retracting as he feels that sense of foreboding trouble--like he's overlooking something.

"The one who's behind this is near, I can smell the scent of a scumbag." Gills growled out under his breath as he begun to turn slowly around. "Who are you..." He asked, not sure if there would be anyone standing there. Figures, Shuya gets the typical Monster-of-the-day and Gills has to put up with the swarm and the Boss? Gills couldn't help but figure he needs a good payout from these kinds of things.

"Not enough data....Need more data...Wait for it...Wait for it.....Ah hah! Right on time," Backspace mutters to himself before noticing an odd occurrence happening with one of the Trojan Horse Gigavirs: it was beginning it's evolution into a Terravir.

"This will get me the data i need! A bout between this mysterious creature and my newly awakened Terravir!"

Finally the transformation was complete and the Whale Terravir was born. It's first action after completion was to fire a bunch of rockets at Gills.

Gills perked, seeing the birth of this new monster he felt the psychological alarms in his head go off. A string of swears went rampant in his thoughts as he crossed his arms over himself--there were too many missiles to outrun and dodge, and too many to try and destroy. The best course he thought in that brief window was just protect himself and brace for pain--a lot of it.

'This is going to hurt like hell..!'

Backspace is on the edge of his seat; will his new found specimen survive such an onslaught?

If he didn't at least Backspace had a fresh corpse to dissect.

Gills emerged from the cloud of explosions. Panting as wounds covered his armored body, a crack running along one of his horns as he inhaled and exhaled roughly. He took a few steps forward as his arms hung at his sides loosely. Feeling an intense soreness wash over his body, as he collected his strength, along with it a great rage that began to just build up until he felt his chest ready to burst.

"Gg..." He clawed at his chest some, eyes beginning to flicker--much like a light going on and off, ready to simply go out--until the glow of his eyes stabilized. They glew a bright ruby red, "Gggrr..." Gills' 'mouth' opened as his belt began to shine a faint green. "GggrrOOOOWWWWRRRRRR!!!" Gills let out a hideous and loud roar as the glow covered his body. The small wounds beginning to close up slowly as his chest split apart some revealing a yellow "eye" in his chest. Blades extended from his arms, his shoulders, as well as his waist. His roar echoing as he now had red on his back.

Gills finished his roaring, beginning to pant, blinded by rage and a desire to tear something apart. The intelligence of a human inside of him was pushed aside temporarily as the instinct of a true beast took over. His body quivered as Gills or now... Gillls Exceed rushed forward to the new Teravir. Hopping upwards he slashed both his arms downwards and diagonally--attempting to dig the red blades on his arms into the body of the Teravir.

Due to the unexpected powerup of Gills and the fact the newborn Terravir wasn't yet at full operating capacity - the attack was successful and the Whale's Terravir's body was penetrated by Gill's arm blades. It thrashed about trying to pry Gills loose while a dozen Trojan Horse Terravirs surrounded them and attempted to pull Gills off, some getting smacked away by the thrashing of the Whale Terravir.

Gills Exceed let out a yell, as he pulled his blades out, falling backwards and as he did he landed a powerful kick into the face of the Whale Terravir. Continuing to fall backwards he landed on his hands and went backwards once onto his feet. Crouching his legs some, he proceeded to continue to rely on his instincts. A pair of red 'feelers' extending from his back and whipping into the Gigavir around him before he extended them forward and coiled them around the Whale Terravir's head that hung out--choking it, as Gills Exceed let out a long growl as a large red blade extended from its left heel.

"Grrrr..." Gills Exceed let out its growl.

Backspace sighs, "I know when a specimen gets too hot to handle. It'll be much better once i have his remains, charred as they may be."

He presses a big red button on his dash, which causes the Whale Terravir to freeze up and began speaking in a computerized voice, "10....9....8...7...6......"

Gills let out a roar, leaping at the Whale Terravir and slashed his left leg downward. Slashing his Exceed Heel Claw through its head--splitting it in an extremely gruesome manner, Gills' feelers were released as they went back into his body. Gills Exceed panted out as the Whale Terravir would fall back, dead, but as it did the counting began to ring into Gills' 'ears'. Sense snapping back into him when he realized what it was.

"3..."

Gills Exceed turned, beginning to flee from the radius of the massive Whale Terravir.

"2..."

He ran.

"1..."

And ran.

"0."

But was still thrown aside as the explosion occurred. Although he hadn't been caught in the bulk of it, he had still been thrown against a wall from the force of it. Letting out a gasp of pain as he fell onto his face, clenching the ground as he pushed himself up. He tried to re-gather his strength, panting, following it with a growl as he staggered to his feet.

"Grrr...." He growled, scanning his vision before him--where the hell was the person responsible for that?

The station was reduced to cinders, it would be a miracle for anyone to survive that. Backspace didn't believe miracles - only science! The smoke cleared and he saw that only a hand few of his Gigavir had survived the explosion, most of them not entirely intact.

The Greybird Gigavir had survived, but Backspace was not sure of the condition of the other man. He did not interest Backspace much. He then turns his inquisitive eye towards the specimen. He had survived. Backspace slams his fists down on the dashboard.

Gills Exceed begin to step forward, his anger escalating, his beast-like instinct triggering fully as his eyes shined red. "GGGRRROOOWWWRRRRRR!!!!" Gills Exceed roared, rushing out, he charged at the remaining Gigavir. Going at one in particular, he extended one of his feels and pulled it to him by its waist--Gills Exceed's mouth 'opening' as it bit into its neck tearing out the wiring and effectively just tearing off its head in general. 'Spitting' it out onto the ground Gills Exceed moved onto the next one, crouching and cleaving it in half with one its arm blades before it had a chance to take aim and shoot at Gills.
