Bastien started to walk out. If this was settled, he'd just let Aurélie stay and go where she wanted.

"Well, that was interesting." David said. He considered going after Bastien, but decided against it.
Mina sat down. Dr. Micheals produced a can of soda and handed it to Mina.
"David, it's real. I swear." Dr. Micheals said, noticing the expression on David's face.
