"Yeah" Laurie said, closing her eyes to think. "Ashley Carpenter. You were a prime candidate for the Red Slasher before you vanished. If you hadn't I'd be out of a job honestly. But, what happened?"

Laurie stared at him for a moment before nodding. "I've heard weirder things" she said.
"We have a trail!" Laurie turned to the other agent, who was sketching out a trail on a map of the mall. "I'd hurry if I were you" he said as he handed her the map.

"There's a gun shop in between here and the JC Pennys the demon is hiding in" Laurie said, pulling down her shades. She heard a scream in the distance, in the direction of the JC Penny. "I'm sure they'll understand and let you 'borrow' one."

"No time," he said after hearing the sceam, "I'll have to make do."
This being the hardware section, he grabbed the nearest axe.

"That'll work" Laurie said, grabbing her taser.
She saw a demon walking down the hallway, shooting passers by. He looked like a twisted, organic version of Master Chief, with horns and a skeletal design. As he walked down the foyer between sotre, he shot another bystander through the eye with his gun. His one, visor-like eye glowed as he ate up the fear.
Laurie dropped her stun gun, shrugging. "So much for that."

"Why don't you hurry up and transform?" Ash said eyeing the creature, "You're my replacement, right? Then you should be able to handle a creampuff like this."

"True" Laurie said. She spread her arms and the crossed them, pressing the button on her Scream Camera with her thumb.
"Action!" Laurie took a step forward, pointing her left arm out like a gun. "Red!"
The scream projector bathed her in red light. Moviefilm surrounded and armored her. Nailgun Massacare fired his gun off at her, with the nails being knocked away by the film. Her suit formed, her 3D Visor glowing for a second. She grabbed her Blockbuster and held it out in front of her, knife blade out.
"Red Slasher!"
Laurie twirled the Blockbuster, folding it back into a pistol. "What's your favorite scary movie?" she asked, meeting the Demon's nails with her bullets before rushing in.

Ash nodded in approval.
"If you need any info on this guy, don't hesistate to ask. I've seen Nailgun Massacre fifthteen times."

"No problem" Laurie said, charging in with a roundhouse kick. She knocked the gun out of the Demon's hand and fired off a few shots of her own at him. They all bounced harmlessly against the armor plating on his chest. Sneering she flipped her wrist and slashed the demon. Even with the silver of her blade and bullets she wasn't doing much.
As she grabbed her Fear Saber she turned to Ash.
"Any ideas for weakpoints?"
She immediately had to turn back to block a punch from the demon, slashing him on the back with her sword. Laurie was glad that her sword was doing better than her knife.

He shrugged his shoulders, "He was human in the movie. You could kill a human easy."
He thought for a moment, "The killer dies from a fall. Maybe push him off a cliff or something?"

Laurie raised an eyebrow, trying to figure out how to kill him with a fall. Then with a glance, she saw an escaltor going down.
"Let's play Final Destination" Laurie said, kicking the guy down onto the escalator. He bounced as he landed, being dragged back up. As Laurie shot at him once again she saw that his armor had weakened.
"That'll do" she said, pressing a button on her Fear Saber. As NGM stood up once again she slashed through him, her blade a blazing blur. The flames went out and she sheathed her blade. "Crystal Lake Slash." The demon bled and went up in dark red flames, vanishing as the flames grew larger. "I love my job" Laurie said as she walked back towards Ash.
