She went and took his hand, going and standing up at her 'amazingly tall' height of 5 ft. Hotaru glanced up at him then looked away a bit, "...Hotaru." she murmured.

Surprisingly, the two of them were equal in height...and he smiled softly, not letting go of her hand. "That's a nice name." he gives softly. "It suits you."

"...Thanks, I guess." Hotaru averted her eyes, hiding the embarrassment in her face. She then noticed how they were equal height, "Ah. Nice to not break my neck for once looking up..." she commented, placing her hands in her pockets. "You're short." she told, bluntly.

"You're welcome." Tori replied with a nod. "And yes I am, but I don't let it bother me. Taller people can't do things that people like us can do. Besides...I like short. What do you think?"

"Only thing I don't like is that I can't reach the top shelf at a store..." Hotaru went and scratched her cheek, going on a bit of a ramble. "Its embarrassing to have someone to help you get something dumb like a can of something...Also the short jokes. I don't like those."
