"Kid, I talk to anyone and everyone like that. Besides, I am not even a member of your Kamen Rider Club so you being the founder has no meaning whatsoever to me."
Joel took a step back and stood in a relax but challenging posture.
"Or maybe you are up for a one on one? If you beat me, I might actually show you some respect."
What the hell am I doing!? Why am I challenging him like that? Joel chided himself, but could not stop his urge for a good fight.

As they fell toward the city, Joel used the bill board as a platform, pushing it back into the sky while propelling himself back to the ground. The moment he landed, he began urging the crowd to move back as much as possible before the bill board came crashing down.
Damn, this kid is reckless! Not that he was any better in a sense, somehow he is beginning to like the kid.
Regardless, that bill board is a hazard. Pulling out the Impulse Memory and slotting it into the right slot on the belt, he slapped it.
Impulse Maximum Drive!
Stepping back with his right leg beginning to charge with power, he prepared to counter the force of the bill board so that it will not break apart from the kick prevent any damage to the road below.
"Impulse Kick Breaker!"

Pushing the bill board onto the floor, Joel observed the Rider's stance.
Wing Chun? Well, this is going to be interesting...he is probably going to come close so...
Joel pulled his dominant foot back and shifted his weight on it, raising both hands chest level, right hand behind the left, a Baji stance.

Taking 2 steps to close in, Joel spun mid step, bringing his left arm swinging like a whip in an overhead chop.

Shosora would roll out of the way before Wing Chun punching him in the same arm.
"Rider Jump!"
Shosora would jump to the roof of a near by building.

Shaking his arm a little, Joel looked up at the Rider. Thinking fast, he sprang up to the same roof.
As soon as he landed, he went low and did a front sweep to knock the Rider off balance.

"That won't work" Shosora would jump up and dodge the kick. He would then drop kick Joel in the chest.

Not bad! However...
Joel had feinted the sweep, quickly parrying the kick aside before using his free elbow to strike the Rider's chest with a Baji technique, a pulse of energy ready to double the impact.
At such a close range and in the air as well, it is near impossible to dodge, Joel calculated.
You're gonna have to take it kid, or at least try to block it!

Shosora would take it and fly off but he bounces off a water tower and blasts Joel with a flying punch to the gut. "Punch Hopper!"

Staggering back, Joel quickly recaught his breath.
The kid's got a mean bite, I'll give him that.
Dashing forward, he threw a wild hook that the Rider easily ducked under. Letting the force carry him, he threw a back kick at the Rider's gut as well.
"Consider this a return gift!"
