Yuko had arrived at the park where Akumi told her to meet at. However, the ace had been worried about what could possibly happen, so she recruited Takamina to join her and stay back until anything funny happened...
For now, though... they had to wait.

Akumi approached, wearing much different clothing than she would have as Sae. This let her be free, and she loved it.

As she assumed the form of Dark Mercury, she smiled and walked slowly forward, water appearing all around both of them, "I'm much stronger now. Move," she clenched a fist, sending spikes of water up as ice, skewering a hypothetical foe, "and die."

Yuko's eyes widened, and that's when Takamina made her move. Jumping from the location she was hidden, she drew her sword and held it against Akumi's neck. "You can't move either," the ninja told her.

Takamina hesitated, and Yuko couldn't move to help... So the shorter girl sighed in defeat and lowered her blade. "Sorry, Yuko..."
"It's fine..." Yuko said.
Takamina glanced worriedly at Yuko before vanishing, though she didn't go far...
