Bailey wandered London, aimless. Guy Ymnikin, her Russo-Japanese boss, had died, after the entire part of the floor his office was on had exploded mysteriously. The explosion had thrown him clear of the building, and he was conscious as he plummeted several stories and was reduced to a pile of bone fragments and blood. So here she was, jobless and wandering.

Vladimir stood outside the Corporation Building that had previously belonged to Ymni Corporation. The eyes of his human form narrowed as a cigar was held in-between two fingers. He brought it up as to take a puff of it, making a bit of a dark grin. "So sad that our partnership ended so young, but this is what happens to twats who think they can order such ridiculous terms with I." He closed his eyes, "Rot in what Humans' call Hell."
Vladimir turned from the scene, beginning to walk with now opened eyes when he caught sight of a certain woman. "Hm?"

"I feel like I've seen you before. Do we know each other?" Bailey asked, approaching Vladimir.

"That depends, were you affiliated with Ymni Corporation?" Vladimir asked her, taking the cigar from his lips.

"Used to be. That is, until my boss got blown up." Bailey said. "Good riddance. Damn Ruskie."

"Your welcome." He closed his eyes, exhaling some smoke as he dropped the cigar and crushed it with his foot.

"You planted the bomb?" Bailey asked.

"I detonated it. I had one of my... affiliates... plant it for me." He admitted. "I made a partnership with the damned fool solely to reap Ymni Corporation's Weaponry and other Benefits; yet his personality and belief that he could keep a tamed partnership with I was truly a frustrating thing to put up with."
"So I had him offed. I did intend to simply take Ymni Corporation's belongings as they remain now but... you spur my interest."

"Let me speak!" Abaddon yelled. "No, calm down." Bailey replied mentally. "I do need work."

"Hm. How talented are you?" He asked her, "I'm looking for more than just a pretty way, I could offer you a specific kind of job, but only depending on what your talents are."

"Does magic count?" Bailey asked, creating a ball of fire about the size of a baseball and tossing it from hand to hand.

"I deal with bargaining warfare--technological warfare to be more specific--but... I am not against to employing Magic." He chuckled, "What's your name..?"

"Very well, Miss Huntington how would you like to join CIPHRA?" He reached into the innards of his suit jacket and pulled out a black business card with red printing on it--quite literally the calling card of the organization.
"Should you accept; you shall stand as "Zece" the "Tenth CIPHRA"--also I'm willing to surrender control of Ymni Corporation to you--of course I will be regulating things from it as far as weaponry and resources go. I do have some use for those." He laughed darkly.

"I've got nothing better to do. Why not?" Bailey said, taking the card. "Do I need to change my name or anything?"
