Terror In The Shadows [Open]

[Judas Teufel/Sean Gottfried]

Judas slowly turned, feeling a pressure all the more intense than that of Kiryu's own. His eyes narrowed as he proceeded to ignore both Kiryu and Noriko as he stepped forward. Grinning slowly, the grin beginning to stretch ear-to-ear. "This pressure..." His eyes opened more, "...this belongs to someone who actually stands a match to me in strength." He chuckled darkly under his breath, his fingers seeming to spark with a surge of red electricity.

[Kiryu & Shin]

Kiryu immediately turned to Orochi, his face suddenly knotting into a serious look as he bowed, his fedora falling from his head. "Master Orochi!" he declared, going down on one knee. "What brings you here?"

[Noriko Mitarashi]

The presence did not go unnoticed by Noriko as she turned to face the man that was called Master Orochi, she looked at Sean and knew that he was viewing him as a powerful rival. She wisely stepped back and watch how this encounter unfolds.

[Orochi]

Orochi's gaze swept across the Jyu, to his general, as he calmly drew an opium pipe, styled on a dragon, or perhaps a serpent, and took a slow puff from it. "I am simply checking on my generals' progress in gauging this world's defenses in the time we have been gone."

His gaze then turned to the Koki-Jyu. "Koki-Jyu. You smell familiar."

[Judas Teufel/Sean Gottfried]

"There aren't many of my kind left..." Judas replied with, making reference to the declined numbers of Koki-Jyu. "...I am but a relic of a time long since past, it would surprise me not if you knew of me from since. Although, I don't know of you--despite the familiarity I can smell." He closed his eyes.

[Kiryu & Shin]

"Bow before the true form of God!" Kiryu hissed to the other two without moving. He remained on his knee and hadn't even so much as budged.

[Noriko Mitarashi]

Noriko ignored the man as she continued to watch the exchange between the two leaders.

[Orochi]

Orochi smirked a little, motioning Kiryu up. "Rise, Kohryu. It is so troublesome speaking to the top of your head." The man took another slow puff of his pipe as he regarded Judas.

"I am the eight-faced Facade, the eight branched dragon, Yamato no Orochi. I was old before you first loosed your terror on the world. Any familiarity is simple recognition of an elder."

[Judas Teufel/Sean Gottfried]

"Perhaps that is thus true, however it would be more than recognition." Judas closed his eyes, doing a form of a one-armed bow to Orochi, "Consider it also... respect, for you." He opened his eyes lowly, grinning some, "A chance of meeting an Ancient Evil such as yourself is quite a rare thing, and well, most certainly is it something to take appreciation of." Judas lowered his arm back to his side.

[Orochi]

Orochi returned the bow with one of his own, more of a nod that involved his shoulders.

"I have waited long enough, this world belonged to the Facades once, and it is time for it to belong to us once again."

[Judas Teufel/Sean Gottfried]

"The Jyu have long since lost their right to step along the soil beneath us and call it their own land--I care not for who owns the land, merely to rule over my own race with stability. As long as the threat of Humankind once again overcoming us when we were too busy tearing one another's throat out is removed, I care not for who plays God and rules the world by marionette strings." Judas recited, closing his eyes.

[Orochi]

Orochi listened quietly, studying the Jyu, before a small, almost unsettling little smile crossed his face.

"Well... then it seems we are at no quarrel... in fact." Orochi chuckled, a dark sound coming from him.

"Perhaps we can help one another."

[Judas Teufel/Sean Gottfried]

"Help, you say." His eyes opened lowly, they glowing a faint red as he made a faint grin. "I could fancy the idea of helping one another--of course I can't speak for the one to my side here, but she's no threat irregardless of whether she's in or not." He spoke, referring to Noriko, belittling her strength right before her, despite her presence before a being like Orochi and Judas himself--the Terrorsaurus Jyu.
