Kazuki had another day off, seeing it as opportune he decided to stop by Shotaro's and see how the Ace Detective was doing. "I wonder if Shotaro's even awake." He thought aloud as he walked, remembering a certain someone all the while so, "Ah right, I haven't contacted Mika-chan for a bit. She's probably going to be mad with me." He grimaced, pulling out his cell-phone he shot Mikan a text telling him that he was going to stop by Shotaro's. He had told her about him and Shotaro becoming partners, but the business of starting things with Shotaro and balancing his job and studies he hadn't paid Mikan much attention the past week.
Kazuki stepped up to the door of Shotaro's, raising a hand and giving it a few knocks. "Shotaro..?"

Shotaro was looking at the series of hats hanging on his wall, "Come in!" he called, too engrossed in finding one to get the door. But he could recognize Kazuki's voice, so he knew it wasn't a woman he might accidentally scorn by not opening the door.

The door opened and Kazuki stepped inside, smiling as he closed it behind him. "Afternoon, I'm not disturbing anything am I?" He chuckled as he entered.

"Very well." Kazuki went back to making the coffee; soon enough brewing a cup of prepared black coffee for Shotaro. While Kazuki just had his own standard with cream in it.

"I haven't really talked to or been around my Girlfriend lately, but I told her that if she wanted to get in-touch with me that I'd be here." he told Shotaro.
