"Now. I know you girls are rather confused right now. Allow me to clear that up. First of all. My name is Joseph Fury. I'm the Director of an organization known as SHIELD. Or, Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division. I don't envy the person who wants to say that three times in a row." He paused for a moment. "I understand that the group you are in is popular, and I understand that some of your members are coming under "undesirable" scrutiny from the media. I can relate." Fury gives offhandedly.
"But, I sense that some of you want to cut to the chase. So, I will. We are an organization that makes things happen. That gets stuff done. We can pull some strings, relieve the media pressure on you and some others of your group, Oshima San....if you do something for us."

"You would join the Aero Force's Rider team. It would be a paid position...though we would have to put some restrictions in initially. The threat we face is worldwide...not just confined to America. Therefore, we need people that know this country, to help our efforts if the enemy should come here."

"Hmmm..." Fury taps his chin. This was indeed a predicament. "You had them before....and one way or another, you'll get them back. The three of you are remarkable people, as I like to say...and we'll find a place for you. Say. Does the little sister there.." he points to Jurina, who could probably pose as Yuko's sister. "Have powers too? She seems to follow you around, like she wants to protect you."

Fury gave a good hearty chuckle at that. "Hahaha...now there....there's a good sense of humor." he gave, pausing for a moment. "You join the project, working under Oshima. Keep your identity and involvement in the project as secret as possible, and act as needed until she gets her powers back. In return, I am still willing to get the media off your back."
"I will help her from the outside." Haruna gives, with a nod.
"Yes of course. Now, before you answer, let me lay it out clearly. If you girls accept my offer, your group, and you will benefit. If you do not accept my offer, nothing changes. Your group would remain under scrutiny, and the media would not leave you alone. On the way here I had my agents do some studying of the situation, since we have the best translation programs money can buy. Some kind of "Bunshun." tabloid was one of the worst offenders. I dare say they'd be one of the first looks of any action undertaken, should you accept."

"Do you know how many graduations have happened because Bunshun kept posting rumors about some of the girls?" Yuko asked. "I know several girls who have graduated or came close to doing so because of it! And now with them on our asses because of some stupid mistake of mine... If it means getting them away for good, then I'm all for this."

"My findings correlate your statements. Scandals, rumors...obviously most of it seemed really fucking stupid and far-fetched. There's a much bigger picture here than gossip tabloids. Welcome then, to the team. Oshima San, you may be wondering why I kept being persistent. Well the the thing is, I believe in heroes. And heroines too. And if you'll set your mind to this, you can make it happen. All of you will."
