Kira then circled around her, waiting for her opponent to strike first.

Kokoro decided to strike first as she went for a solid punch to the body followed by a kick to the legs.

The punch knocked her back a bit, but she managed to flip backwards to avoid the kick.
She unsheathed her blade and came at Kokoro with a piercing thrust.

Kokoro stepped sideways to avoid the blow before returning with a palm strike to her side.

Kira stumbled when the strike connected.
"So this is the power of a Masked Ranger...?"
She quickly regained her composure and attempted to trip Kokoro up with a sweep kick - which of course was only a distraction when she came forward with a slash aimed for the chest.

Kokoro stumbled backwards from the hit as she looked at Kira, "I thought this was going to be an honourable battle, why do you use a sword when I don't?" she asked.
