A temporal grenade had been thrown. Oliver Jonas was lost in time. The Man in Red had won that fight. But he waited in a prison cell. Awaiting his trial.
Courtney had the Time Shadow to herself now. It felt lonely without the presence of her twin. As if a hole had been cut in her very essence. Even now, he could hear his voice calling out to her.
"Courtneyyyyy....help meeeee..."
She didn't remember it being so static, though. Or coming from her...pocket....
The emergency transponders! Oliver had activated his! And if they worked the way the traitorous man had said they worked, it would send a signal to as many people Oliver had come into contact with as possible.

Sanyu heard the signal as well, looking around. "Oliver?!" he asked, getting out of the room.
"You heard it too?" Karazu had asked, looking at her brother.
"I heard it as well!" Deneb told them.

Courtney had locked on to the nearest transponder signal and teleported down in a flash. "Okay, who else can hear my brother?"

"We were busy trying to get him back!" Courtney objected. It was at this point Oliver's voice issued from her pocket again.
"I can hear you, you know." His voice didn't sound the same. It sounded...altered.
