 Tori had been walking for the better part of an hour, vividly exploring the city, having learned more on this planet's methods of medicine, and how he could do so much better. For the moment though, he was hungry....and paused outside the 7-11 window, looking up at the logo with a strange curiosity, placing one hand up near his glasses to set them properly. Then he opened the door, and walked in, going to the right, to look at everything that was on sale. |

Tori kept stalking the aisles, having found himself very happy with a bag of Doritos, deciding to try them, and some grape drink. He read over the ingredients well as he began to whistle a small tune, looking through the frozen section, clearly visible from the counter.

Mai looks up at the items and takes them. "That'll be..." she said, looking up at the customer... and suddenly, time seemed to just stop for her.

Tori noticed...blinking a bit, time stopping for him too... This is? he thought to himself...but his eyes were on her....as he tried to figure out what was going on...
