"Despair is inevitable." The Dragon Phantom replied. "If you believe mages like you can't fall to despair, you thought wrong."
Since his phantom form wasn't doing much good against Wizard, he decided it was best to fight fire with fire. A familiar ringing sounded and in a flash of light, a Wizardriver was equipped on the Dragon Phantom.

"What in the-?" Harrison said in disbelief. He looked down at his own Driver to make sure, and they were almost exactly the same. Well, his appear to be a little worse for wear, but still. "Who are you?"

Switching the cracked Hand Author to the left, it chanted in the same tone as Kagami's Wizardriver, but it left off an eerie echo as it did so. Dragon reverted back to his human gate form and placing a red ring on his right hand, he scanned the ring and it announced. 'FLAME, DRAGON!' followed by 'BOU! BOU! BOU! BOU! BOU!'
A sinister red seal erupted from Haruto's left side and it slid through him, forming his blood crimson robe and armor resembling the Wizard before him. Out of his gate's habit, he said. "Now, it's showtime."

Harrison was shocked. It even looked exactly like his armor. Granted, it was a darker red, and seemed more decorative, but that visor was unmistakable.
"You still haven't answered my question." Harrison said, pointing the WizarSword Gun at the new Rider.

"A Wizard, what else?" Dragon responded before red claws formed on his arms. He slowly advanced forward in a meancing fashion aiming his claws and Wizard. "I'm normally not a big fan of using this power, but it does give me advantages."

"It appears you wish to have this power as well." Dragon mused. "The Gate I was born from had this power from the very start though. Maybe, if you fall to despair like he did, I'll teach the other dragon some of my skills."
He plowed his claws at him.

Harrison leapt back, pulling out his Hurricane Ring. He shifted the Hand Author accordingly and swiped it, causing the belt to announce, "HURRICANE" as he leapt up through the seal that appeared above his and assumed Hurricane Form. He hovered, considering his next move.

Kagami wasn't going to have a lot of time because at that moment, wings spewed out from Draco-Wizards' back and and he flew at Kagami's direction.

Dragon shifted to the side and the wing's thick hide effortlessly tanked the shots. He then took the chance to scan a wing on his broken Wizardriver.
'ALL-DRAGON, PLEASE! BOU YOGAN NEKI MAGUMA!'
In addition to his wings and claws, his tail and dragon-head appeared on his chest. Turning around, he aimed his dragon-head chest at Kagami and followed a powerful fire stream at him.
