"It was the strongerst ring he had" Anna said to Tristan. "But each Hex is different... can I use it?" Anna listened to what Geno said. She mulled the stone over. "My inner phantom huh? That explains why it felt like there was a storm inside my chest."
Anna looked down at the sword. "Dad told me and Finn that we should never be around when he used his Dragon ring... so what is it? I guess I'll find out soon enough..."

"My father, who was Wizard before me, mentioned a great power which resonated with the inner Phantom of the user. He was never able to use it, as he never had an inner Phantom. My inner Phantom is indeed the Dragon, as you two saw in that subspace when we fought the Cyclops when I first showed up." Harrison said. "Maybe your father was the Dragon too."

"If I can't use them, why did I get sent them?" Anna mulled it over. "Maybe I have to have the Phantoms permission? Maybe its an emergency thing? Maybe its a souveneir, maybe I'm not trying hard enough..." she rambled on to herself. "I'll figure it out." Anna then looked at the other ring, which had the imprint of a blade on it. "I this this on is for the sword."

Anna slid the sword ring into the hilt. Instantly the weapon began to glow, with white portions appearing on it. To her disappointment, a blade still didn't appear. She looked down at her Rat Ring, and then at the closed hand design on the weapon. She opened the hand and placed her left hand into it.
RAT! BLADE!
The blade started to react again, before giving up.
"Okay..." Anna said. "I'm guessing the Dragon ring is probably needed to get it to full power." She looked back down at the damn ring. It had some power to it, but clearly it wasn't helping HER. "Maybe it'll happen when I most need it or something. Either that, or I need a lot of mana."
