Nathan and Kate walked into a bar, trying to get away from the book release party.
"Deadly Storm should do well" Nathan said as he sat at the bar.
"Why did you give her a stripper name" Kate asked as she sat down next to him. "Erica Storm?
"Because it has so many oppurtunities for titles!" Nathan pointed out. He turned to the bartender. "Two beers." He then turned back to Kate. "And for the lady?"
"I'll just have a water" Kate said to the bartender.

Ryu couldn't believe his eyes as he was nudged and shoved around,"This is crazy! All this hype over some book?"
Ryujin chuckled in the back of his head,"Humans...always getting excited over the simplest things.."
The young man needed to take a break from this so he saw a bar and ducked into it,"Phew...crazy out there.."

Ryu looked over to the fella who had spoken to him,"Wait.." He pointed out at the party,"That party...it's for you?"

Nathan smiled. He extended a hand. "Hi, I'm Nathan King" he said.

Ryu shrugged,"Eh, mostly travel, seeing the world. America's the place I was born so I figured I'd come back for a while." He couldn't tell them he was actually following leads of a unusually powerful Majin that was in the area, no need to ruin their party.

The bartender nodded. Nathan then said "One root beer!" He then turned back to Ryu. "So what do you write?"

Ryu pondered before speaking,"Well, technically I'm not a writer but I'm kind of a fan of the urban fantasy novels...I'm also keen on sci-fi as well."
