Manor of the Marquis (Kakeru)

[Claudia, Josh and the Wraaath]

The lock clicked, and beyond the door, one might hear Claudia struggling. The opposite door unlocked and swung open a slight bit.

[Kakeru Daishori]

In a rage, Kakeru lashed out, kicking the door with a sweeping roundhouse. As he prepared another, he heard a chime coming from his Dialer. Pulling it out, he noticed a card flashing on the screen. On the side of it, Ai-chan popped up, a distressed look on her digital face. "No, Master, don't pick that one! That one's too dangerous!" She cried, trying and failing to push the card aside. Kakeru disregarded her warning, tapping the icon. "Claudia just got snatched! Dangerous is exactly what I need!" He yelled, before taking stance. "Verto!" And, in a flash of crimson, like searing flames, his armor was attached, and he stood in a new form, Fiammante.

"Menace détectée." A robotic voice began to repeat, as a pair of faceless black humanoids dropped from the ceiling, approaching Kakeru in defensive stances. One crouched and charged, going for a rugby tackle.

[Kakeru Daishori]

Kakeru slid into stance as the robots fell to the ground, and scoffed. "Out of my way! Get lost, you heaps of junk!" As the first robot charged, he swiftly ducked low, and then swung his knee up and his arms down, catching the robot's head in a crushing scissor move.

[Claudia, Josh and the Wraaath]

The robot fell to the floor, nonfunctioning. The other moved in, striking carefully for Kakeru's head as two more robots dropped in behind them.

[Kakeru Daishori]

Kakeru ducked easily under the strike, as the large device on his back began to spin slowly. With a simple forward punch, he blasted a hole in the robot's chest, and then swept a kick back at the other two.

Two more robots dropped in, stepping over the four downed robots, and charged, trying to simultaneously attack Kakeru.

[Kakeru Daishori]

As the robots charged from behind him, Kakeru responded with a roundhouse kick, now coated in bright flames, as the device on his back began to spin even faster.

[Claudia, Josh and the Wraaath]

This time four robots dropped in as the third wave dropped to the floor. They split into two pairs and charged Kakeru from separate directions.

[Kakeru Daishori]

Kakeru stood still as the machines advanced, and as they nearly reached him, jumped up, delivering a shattering axe kick seeped in ever brighter flames, as the device spun faster and faster. He could feel the heat of the suit increasing, and his own body becoming more and more energized and intense.

As the four machines dropped to the floor, adding to the ever-growing pile of incapacitated automatons, two more moved in with simultaneous flying side kicks.

[Kakeru Daishori]

Kakeru simply readjusted, and as the machines drew close, grabbed their legs, slamming them into each other with insane force.

[Claudia, Josh and the Wraaath]

The two robots practically shattered, as four more appeared, two behind Kakeru and two in front of him. They all attacked simultaneously, from all four cardinal directions.

[Kakeru Daishori]

Kakeru dropped to the floor, launching a spinning sweep at the robot's legs to trip them and send them crashing into each other, then rolled out of the way.

Another four robots dropped in. Two formed a platform with their hands, allowing the third and fourth to leap up and attack simultaneously from the sky.
