I do believe so. We've got Aiden and Kyle in NYC, Jonesy and Arthur in London and all the Japanese characters hopefully somewhere obvious.

GAME START!

Denji sat on the rooftop of a desolate apartment building, watching a train come through with the help of a pair of binoculars. This train held robot parts, which Denji and the Tokyo Legion (what the heroes operating in Japan had dubbed themselves) were determined to not allow to reach their final destination. Denji pulled out a flashlight and shined the beam upward three times, then donned his Driver and transformed. The flashlight trick was a signal, which specifically signaled all the waiting members of the Tokyo Legion to get their old-school train robbin' on...

In London, Jonesy was blending into the crowd, getting a good look at the World House. It was a huge building, much like the U.N. but black and kind of scary, which was the permanent residence of one Mr. John Darcy. One of the only two heroes in London, Jonesy was studying guard patterns and the defenses, and had concluded that the place was all but impregnable. He could blow the gate down with a well-aimed Gon Gon Dan, but then he would make the involuntary transformation into purple swiss cheese, which he wasn't too keen on. He sat on a bench, watching and waiting...

Kyle walked through Times Square. The huge TV's had been converted into the same kind of mind-controlling screens as regular home TV's, and were showing the same flashy ads to draw the eye upward and thus reaffirm the control, but Kyle had trained himself to not notice them. He'd almost hurt his partner, and that wasn't good.
Kyle waked into a grocery store, got what he came for (a bag of apples and 4 boxes of cereal) and left with a plastic bag in each hand. He saw two Peace Enforcers approaching him and tried to act as docile as possible, lest they discover the secret in his jacket...

[The Kisaragis]

Gentaro had to stay slightly low and avoiding any major streets in Tokyo. Henshin heroes were born in Japan and the U.N. knew that and had a massive force guarding the entire area. He had been avoiding them since and wearing a hoodie to hide his hairstyle and face, since he had been transforming in the public in the past and this was now biting him back.

There weren't a lot of heroes left in the world since that Darcy bastard came to power and rendering all other major political figures powerless. Then he saw the flashlight signal, but also saw the familiar UN truck...

The peace officers were transporting the dust remains of Leo's body and his Psyga Belt into the said truck for disposal. Gentaro gritted as he watched the scene unfold...it was another one down. He could do nothing but walk into the alleyway and transform into Apollo.

[Aizuki Takahashi]

2 bikes raced down a road parallel to the train tracks. The team of father and adopted son were a force to be reckoned with while henshined, but at the moment, they were just in civilian clothes and bike helmets. Both kept an eye on the train, and at the signal, they jumped off the road and right onto the train tracks.

Meanwhile, New York had somehow gotten even more intimidating for Oliver since "THE EVENT!". Peace Enforcers everywhere, mind controlling TV screens. Somehow the future he and Courtney knew had become even more destroyed. Lucky for him, he wasn't alone. There was another Rider nearby. Only problem is, he had no idea where. Courtney was on the other side of the square, keeping an eye on a pair of nearby Peace Enforcers.

The train simply rumbled along, but the driver slammed on the brakes when the two men leapt onto the train tracks, stopping the train hard. Suddenly, a Rider leapt into the picture, with two cannons mounted on his shoulders. The cannons fired, and that was the last thing the driver saw.
"Cars 3, 4 and 5. Plant the bombs and run. I'll hold off any Enforcers that show up." Denji said to the two men behind him.

The Enforcers walked right past Kyle, and he breathed a mental sigh of relief. He dared not actually do it, since no good citizen would be relieved when a Peace Enforcer walks past. The Meteor Switch in his pocket began to vibrate softly, which caught Kyle off guard. The last time it had done that was more than two years when there... when...
When another hero was nearby.
"Impossible." Kyle muttered, and he began looking around for the direction in which the vibration was most powerful. He turned towards Oliver and started walking towards him.

[Eiji Seiun]

"Right!" The two said in unison, flipping on a couple of Rider belts and transforming into Kamen Riders Fourze and Evo. They hit the accelerator and took off down opposite sides of the train, withdrawing red objects and pressing buttons on them. The devices made a noise that sounded like "BOMB!" as they were activated. The Bomb Memories were placed into black sockets, which said "BOMB! MAXIMUM DRIVE!" and were thrown onto the cars, where they magnetically stuck in place. The two Riders drove right past the end of the train.

Oliver's MagiPhone had started ringing. Quickly, he ducked into an alleyway, without any of the nearby Peace Officers noticing, and opened it. A red arrow had appeared on the screen, and was pointing right behind him.

"Interesting phone you got yourself there." Kyle said, looking over Oliver's shoulder. The Switch was vibrating like hell in his pocket, and he tried to calm the rampaging Switch with his hand.

"Kamen Riders? But how?" A Peace Enforcer asked his comrade.
"Whatever, just go deal with those two on the motorcycles. I'll defend the train." The other Enforcer said. The first one got on his bike, which had a Anti-Rider Turret mounted on the front and drove off after Eiji and Aizuki, opening fire once he had a clear shot. The other began running toward Denji, but the Memories detonated, taking out the robot parts and sending the Enforcer flying into a wall, which snapped his neck upon impact.

[Arthur Ingram]

The other hero in London was watching the same building as well.

He'd screwed up.

Back in 2014 there'd been a battle. A big one, as a result Susan Cross, Kyle Walker, Ruksana Nayar and Dawn Denver had all died and Arthur had gotten a rather obvious scar down his right eye necessitating the use of an eyepatch. And he'd lost the Othello key ...

He'd since abandoned the other heroes, he had a feeling that a lot of them thought of him as more of a liability and a wild card than anything else. Well, maybe they were right. A few random shoppers were wandering away from the strange figure in a black hoodie, two Peace Enforcers walked towards him.

Then one of them fell, collapsed from a punch in the gut. That got the other two into action. They drew their guns, Arthur drew a key. Several shots were fired and bounced off of Arthur's armour as it materialised around him ...

[Eiji Seiun]

Oliver's eyes widened. He turned slowly and noticed Kyle. "Is that an AstroSwitch in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?" he joked lightly, keeping the MagiPhone trained on the kid. "Or both?"

"Evo Blasters!"
"FI-I-RE O-N!"

The summoning of weapons and changing of States would be enough to scare any monster or Peace Enforcer. The two aimed their weapons and fired on the Enforcer, knocking him off the bike.

The Enforcer hit the ground, but bounced back up and opened fire with his assault rifle. Peace Enforcers don't feel fear.

Jonesy noticed the fight, realizing it was that Sonnet guy he'd heard about. He was being kind of an idiot, transforming in public like that, but he couldn't just leave a fellow hero to die, after seeing the Enforcer Riot Division trucks appear. He quietly triggered his GongChanger, his hood concealing his identity as the ShiGeki formed his armor and he stepped in front of the Riot Division troops.
"Another hero! Get him!" The leader yelled as the riot troops surged forward, only to be met by powerful ShiGeki attacks that sent several men flying at once.

"Choice A. You a Senshi?" Kyle asked, remembering that only Senshi really used phones as henshin devices.

[The Kisaragis]

"Rider Fusion Galaxy Finish!" Apollo shouted, showing up and leaping through a small group of enforcers. In his Fusion states and armed with his Barizun Sword, he slammed it forward and literally cleaved them in half. He took no pleasure in doing so but it was necessary and cleared a small path for the others to the train.

[Aizuki Takahashi]

"SH-I-EL-D O-N!"
Aizuki's space shuttle shaped shield protected him and Eiji from the assault rifle blasts, while they returned fire.

"You could say that." Oliver said, keeping his voice low. "I hope you're not here to turn me over to them." he added, nodding to the Enforcers. "They got John Jones a week ago."

[Itano Tomomi]

"Yeah, and he's been dead for about 6 days. I'm a hero, and I need all the help I can get my greedy little hands on." Kyle said. "The mind control broadcast tower for all of America is here. I'm planning on taking it down within the next few days. Wanna help?"

The shots hit the Enforcer in the chest, taking him down. Unfortunately, a Special Forces Division van screeched to a halt about 100 yards ahead of them, with men piling out and opening fire.

Another Special Forces Division van pulled up near Gentaro, with men piling out. Around 10 seconds later, the truck exploded, killing the majority of the special forces.
"Score 1 us, 0 them!" Denji said, Grapple Module activated, wit the cable wrapped around the neck of another dead Peace Enforcer. He swung the man over his head and took out another Enforcer with it.

[Arthur Ingram]

Arthur looked behind him and clicked his tongue, the last thing he needed was another ranger getting in his way. He was in Benedick form at the moment, jumping off of one Enforcer's chest and snapping the two daggers into their bow form.
"Back off!" He growled at Jonesy, despite not even looking at him "I don't need your help."

He rushed forward again, slashing one of the Enforcer's legs before launching a bolt into another sending him backwards about two feet.
