Overview:
Whip is a silent man, observant. When he speaks, he speaks in a constant calm voice, never getting angry. He is a master at keeping his emotions in check. He enjoys good foods and drinks, especially fruits. He often speaks to women and helps them, but not so much for men. He has a strong sense of justice, and will help anyone he can. He is proud, and sometimes arrogant, but always tries to do what is right. He also fears himself for his powers (below). He cares very much for his cousin Marilen, but less for Kiriha.

  Fighting Style: He fights by dodging around and using his psychic powers to keep an enemy at bay while using his Astro Switches to fight with his legs. He uses his arms to keep an enemy at bay.

  History
  
  His parents were both Japanese, but moved to America before he was born. As such, to attempt to allow him to be "normal", he was given an American forename, but kept his Japanese surname. His father passed away when he was ten, and soon, his mother fell into depression. He was raised by an older cousin, and soon his mother died.
  
  He ended up developing ESPer powers soon after this event, similar to his cousin Marilen. He didn’t know how it happened, only that it did. He finished school and then began to travel Japan to find a choice of what to do in his life. He ended up creating a belt out of a strange material that he stumbled upon, and with his psychic powers, it took form into a belt and Switches.
  
  He became Bluto from the SOLU and his powers, and now fights, while trying to find a path in life.

  Whip slung his belt on and placed two Switches into the two leg ports. He flicked the switches next to them down and gripped the handle on the side of the belt.
  
  “Henshin!” he called, thrusting it forward. As it snapped back light appeared around him, forming his suit as Bluto. He rushed forward, propelling himself with his pack, triggering one Switch.
  
  “Spike On”
  
  He came down and lashed out a kick. The spikes emerged, smashing into the rock he attacked. It shattered from the power of the spikes as he deactivated the Switch.
