Kiriha was with Marilen, having finally found time to be with her and catch up. They were walking to lunch on Kiriha's lunch break, going to a restaurant to spend their time, since Kiriha's was short for now.

Up ahead in the nearby park, a medium-sized Sagark was hovering over the ground, though a few feet up. Sagarc himself, a smaller version, hovered near the researcher's shoulder, as the other gadgets hung out below her, or on her white jacket and blue jean clad form...the jacket being open to show a high v-neck gray shirt that didn't show much skin. The little dragonfly flitted about her as well, as she held the laptop in her outstretched arm, using her other hand to make inputs and other such things. The unarmed Trigger Magnum hung from a holster at her side, as she was busy.

"Well, that's an interesting sight," Marilen commented.
"What?" Kiriha asked.
"Up ahead," she said.
"I don't see anything," he told her.
She smiled and grabbed his arm, "Psychic, remember?"
"Right," he nodded, "What am I thinking? Well, what is it?"
"You'll see," she said as they came closer, their voices probably reaching.

Her hair was tied up in a bun, to keep it out of her way, and she had a pair of goggles on that helped her work faster with the code. Though her interest was piqued, at the sound of voices, and all of the gadgets turned to look in the direction of the voices...

As Kiriha and Marilen came into view, he saw what she meant.
"I don't think it's hostile," Marilen said.
"I'll trust you this time," he said, his hand having moved partially to his shirt. He let it drop as she grabbed his arm.
"Come on Kiri-kun," she said, pulling him along.

Natsumi looked up through her goggles to see the two of them, her eyes lingering on Kiriha from under them, though they couldn't be read...then she looked at the other woman....giving a smile to them both.

Kiriha was rather indignant as they kept going. He pulled his arm free from Marilen's grip, "I've asked you before not to call me that."
"I like it," Marilen replied, leaving his arm be as they passed.

"Are those two together?" Natsumi whispered under her breath... before continuing. "No....they seem more like siblings, or family...but..."
"They were not normal." Sagarc gave in a fast tone, and so far only her mind could keep up with him. "How so?" "Both of them had power, of a sort. Power senses power."
She sighed, pushing up her goggles, her ocean blue eyes looking after them. "Maybe I need a break after all..."

They kept walking for a bit. Their destination wasn't here yet, but would be coming up. Marilen had lost interest in the woman they passed, and wasn't paying attention with her powers anymore, instead annoying Kiriha became her goal. It was working.

Natsumi knelt down and gave the Sagark a pet. "Retire, you've done well for today." she said, glad that they didn't need to feed, jumping down in elegant fashion off of it, all of the gadgets following her as they took various places on her arms, waist, and chest, and shoulders, with Sagarc sitting on top of her head and the Zecter flitting about. She closed up her laptop, sending it away with the retired Sagark, and walked towards the restaurant as well.

"This one?" Marilen asked.
Kiriha looked at it. He had money to spend on this, but no, this one was too much. He didn't have that much.
"No," he said.
"Why not?" she asked.
"I lack money," he told her.
"Fine," she said with a sigh.
"I'm paying, remember," he told her, "You have no right to complain."
She smiled, "I know..."

Natsumi soon came on the restaurant, having retired the goggles as well, letting down her hair as she walked confidently past the two of them, and inside, her little train of gadgets and all.

"That's it," he commented as she walked by.
"Didn't see that coming," Marilen commented.
He ignored the comment and entered with her.

Natsumi was ahead of them, and seated herself in the corner booth, the gadgets deciding to crawl up the wall and onto the ceiling above, as the dragonfly came to a tentative rest, and Sagarc alighted on the table, looking towards the door while disguised as something she'd put her drink on. Soon, she got a menu, and placed her order for fine food and some wine to drink...and to her surprise, they had both, and the waiter went away..

Marilen and Kiriha were seated nearby, but facing away from her. Kiriha chose to ignore her, while Marilen was curious and looked over while their menus were brought.
"I didn't think she'd be with those things," she said.
He didn't respond. He wasn't interested.
