Overview: Tomochin is a great example of the Deadpan Snarker, being rather cynical and sarcastic. She often points out flaws in plans and sometimes can be kind of a killjoy, but she speaks with deadly seriousness. She rarely lies, if ever, even if the truth might not be the best thing to hear. She enjoys swimming in her free time, and often runs when she's bored.

Name: Kamen Rider Accel
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: The Accel Driver and Memory.
Henshin Sequence: She pulls out the Driver and places it around her waist. She then whips out the Accel Memory and clicks up open, then says, "Henshin." and slots the Memory in. She revs the handle a few times, and the Driver announces, "ACCEL" and her armor forms.

  Fighting Style: She uses a fairly balanced style, moving pretty fast and striking powerfully.
  Weapons: The Engine Blade
  Abilities: Her most notable ability is that she can transform into a motorcycle that can drive on walls and ceilings (and is ridden disturbingly often by one Yuko Oshima...). She also has the Engine Memory, which has a few modes that give the Engine Blade special attacks: Electric, for an electrical attack; Steam, which creates a bunch of boiling steam; and Jet, for fire based attacks or a energy slash.
  Finisher(s):
  • Accel Glanzer- She pulls the clutch handle on the Driver and revs the other handle, causing the Driver to announce a Maximum Drive. Energy builds up in her body until she bursts into flame, then she charges and performs a tornado kick, releasing the energy in the form of a tire track carved in the air.
    
  • A-Slasher - Using the Engine Blade, she activates a Maximum Drive and cuts a huge red "A" into the air, sending it at the enemy and destroying them.
    
  • Accel Engine Dasher- By activating a Maximum Drive and switching into Bike Form, the flames form and she can perform essentially a super-powered dash through the enemy. Someone inventive might be able to combine this ability with a slashing finisher to increase the power of said finisher, thus resulting in pure awesome.

  Motif: Motorcycle, Speed
  Color Scheme: Blue, Yellow, Silver, Black
  Transformation: She clicks open and inserts the Trial Memory, and the lights go, with red, then yellow. At yellow, her armor turns yellow, then the last light, which is blue, goes on, transforming her into Accel Trial.
  Fighting Style: She uses a pure speed style now, moving at blinding speed and striking hard and fast.
  Weapons: The Engine Blade, though she prefers not to use it in this form.
  Abilities: She can move at incredible speed, but has sacrificed armor to do so, so she's a bit of a Glass Cannon.
  Finisher(s): Machine Gun Spike- She pulls out the Memory and activates a ten-second timer, tossing the Memory into the air. She charges and begins to kick at lightning speed, striking anywhere from 80 to 130 times in a T formation. She catches the Memory, and stops the timer, causing her opponent to go boom. However, if she fails to perform this in under 10 seconds, she'll be immediately, forcibly and painfully dehenshined.

  Motif: Booster, Engine
  Color Scheme: Yellow, Silver, Black
  Transformation: She inserts the Accel Memory into the Gaia Memory Upgrader, and it says, "Accel, Upgrade!" Once that completes, she pulls out the Accel Memory and sticks it back into the Driver, revving it again to initiate the transformation into Booster.
  Fighting Style: Very graceful, acrobatic, aerial when necessary
  Weapons: The Engine Blade
  Abilities: It's most notable ability is that it grants Tomochin the power of flight, in addition to myriad rocket boosters allowing her to move faster, strike harder, jump higher, et cetera. She also has more armor.
  Finisher(s): Booster Kick- She floats in midair and revs the Driver, prompting it to announce a Maximum Drive. She does a 360, before the engines kick in and she drives in, right leg extended, for a kick.

• Her car, a 2011 Nissan Skyline GT-R. On occasion, she becomes the unofficial AKB48 Private Taxicab Service, since she has a car. It's also a convertible.

History

Tomochin was born in Kagawa to a former idol mother and a salaryman father. Upon discovering Tomo's singing talent, her mother immediately began grooming her to become an idol, giving her voice lessons after school. When Tomo turned 6, her father got a new job that paid more, so the family moved to Fuuto. Tomo joined the choir and became one of the stars of the choir, joining the varsity in 6th grade and kicking total ass at singing. When she was 13, her mother was seriously injured in a Dopant attack, losing her ability to walk, and Tomo vowed to stop Dopants. She began to train herself physically, learning martial arts and taking up gymnastics. Of course, she had to quit all that when her mother essentially forced her to go to the auditions for AKB48, and she was accepted immediately. She managed to keep up martial arts and AKB practices somehow, until when she was 16, she received a letter. It was unsigned, and said for her to go to an abandoned warehouse at a certain time of she wanted to gain the power necessary to destroy Dopants. I'm sure you can guess what her answer was, and she went to this warehouse.
There, she met Shroud, who gave her the Engine Blade, told she had more tech in the works, and vanished. Tomo began swinging the sword around in her free time to build up the strength necessary to wield it. When she was 18, there was a rash of Dopant attacks perpetrated by a Beast Dopant, and she received another letter from Shroud, telling her to meet again. She did so, and was given the Accel Driver and Memory. She then used these items rather promptly to kick the living hell out of the Dopant, defeating it with Accel Glanzer. She continued her career with AKB, becoming fairly famous.
She fully intends to continue performing with AKB48, and has learned of the hero forms of her band mates a while back.

Sample RP: Tomo sat in the break room, sipping coffee. She had just finished practice for the day, and they were doing a fairly dance-heavy routine. She left, waving to Yuko as she got in her car and drove off. She was fully intending to go to her favorite breakfast place nearby, a place which served absolutely IMMACULATE French toast. As she drove, she noticed that there was a huge traffic jam on the road below her. As she observed further, she noticed cars flipping like they were child's toys. She muttered something and pulled over, grabbing the Accel Driver and placing it around her waist.
"Henshin." Tomo said, revving the throttle and transforming into Accel. She jogged for a few steps, then jumped and assumed Bike Form, driving off between cars to deal with the obvious monster attack.
