Within the next few minutes they arrived at a series of suburban houses. She stopped at a gray colored one, "Here," she said. It wasn't too big, but it was big enough. It fit their needs, and Aiden had chosen it because of the size, even with other offers. He preferred something smaller like this. She led Rei inside and sat down to take off her own shoes.

Rei sat down next to her, removing her own traveling boots, leaving her socks on for now, she had another pair of those anyway. "Nice place." She commented, with a smile.

"Thank you," she said, leading her into the house from the entryway. Through the dining room and towards the bathroom, which was sitting next to it. Aiden was coming out shirtless from a shower as they came in.

Rei saw him...eyes lingering for a split second before she looked away, not wanting to render any disrespect...though a small part of her cursed the fact that he was here...

"Sorry," he said, "I thought I'd be alone."
"At least you have a towel," Tia told him.
"Always," he said, "I'll be gone soon," he said, going off towards his bedroom.

Rei just nodded softly, briefly watching him leave, sighing softly. That had been close...but what had he meant, that he'd be gone soon?

She gestured to the bathroom, "Well, there you are," Tia told her.

"Oh...well..thanks." Rei said softly, removing her socks as she walked in, the door closing behind her as she elegantly stripped down and got in the shower...closing her eyes as the water washed over her. Her form would be very beautiful to look on, but there would be small scars in several places...but her thoughts drifted to this new land....to the brother and sister who had helped her...and she shrugged. Why was she acting this way indeed......

She finished up her shower in short order...slipping back into her clothes in the bathroom, leaving the jacket off, as she put on the new pair of socks, and padded out of the shower, looking around...

Rei soon padded into the door-way of the bedroom. "Thanks for the use of the shower." she said softly.
