Overview:
Ayane is a woman who cares about her comrades, and who cares about her mission, taking it very seriously for the sake of the world. She will do whatever she has to in order to succeed, but usually gets too involved and ends up falling flat by exerting too much energy. She doesn’t like to be taken care of by others, but has been known to put up with it if she likes the person as a strong enough friend. She would rather take care of herself, having too much pride to go to others when wounded or tired, despite knowing she should. She doesn’t believe she can show weakness around the other Shinkengers, when she allies with them, as she’s supposed to be their leader. She’s a romantic and likes to be romanced, but only does things in her personal life on her free time, finding that most of her time is devoted to stopping the Gedoushu, on her own wishes to do more to protect, to get better. She’s pretty good with her Mojikara, but doesn’t have great reserves of it, but knows how to properly focus and save it.

History
Born to a family who trained as samurai, she was tested as a young child to check her potential with Mojikara, as they all were in her family. She showed proficiency in the rare art of fire Mojikara, being gifted with the ability to become ShinkenRed as she grew older, becoming leader if the Shinkengers ever came together. Fire led them, and that’s all there was too it.
As she grew up, she went through school with the knowledge that she would need to become a warrior in the future. She focused on her studies, enjoying ordinary life as long as she could in school, and with friends, but would always train upon returning home. With the sword, with Mojikara. With anything that was relevant to her future as a samurai.
After finishing high school, she was made into ShinkenRed, with that duty above all else. She started to live off of family money, a trust, basically. She continued to fight the Gedoushu and any other evil she encountered, seeking out her fellow Shinkengers, always wondering if someone better was going to come along. Another rare fire user, perhaps, to take her place.

“Ippitsu sōjō!” she called, using the fire kanji in the air in front of herself to wreath herself in fire and her suit, coming out of it as ShinkenRed, sliding her disc onto her Shinkenmaru and then drawing the sword.
She swung it out in front of herself, parrying the sword of the Nanashi. She pushed back and slashed it down the chest, spinning around to parry another. She pushed it back as well and kicked it before dodging a third’s swing. She used her speed to cut both down quickly across their faces, drawing her Shodophone and sending a blast of fire into another.
Fighting alone. No, this wasn’t right. She needed to fight with allies. A team. That’s what she was meant for, to do. To lead. She may not have wanted to, but she felt she needed to.
