Kyle reached down and grabbed the staff up with his free hand putting it between them.
"Let go! Now!" He ordered "Dawes!"
You're insane. The AI informed Kyle, nonetheless he obeyed and started charging the staff up.
Both ends of it began to crackle and spark as a hazy electromagnetic aura spread around it.
"Let go! Five seconds!" Kyle yelled "Four seconds ... Three ..."

Jerome was confused. What was this?
He pulled out a rounded explosive and pushed it at the G1 suit. An EMP charge would go from it if he could connect it.

Shit. It was never good when Dawes shouted "ALERT!". It meant something was really wrong.
Armour system compromised! ALERT!
Compromised what did he mean?
Kyle paused, looked up at the staff, it wasn't working and the armour just got heavier. He fell back and moaned a little. His armour sparked, he cried out and then there was nothing ...

Jerome sighed in relief and clenched his fists, ramming his right as a hook towards Kyle's helmet. He knew it would hurt his fist, even with the support, but oh well.

It was blue. Completely blue and slightly fuzzy. Kyle could hear his breathing, feel his muscles burning. But ... he was still injected with the steroids. And he could still lift most of the armour.
And most importantly. He could still fight.
Kyle's legs shot around one of the other Rider's and he twisted his hips. Hopefully he'd be able to drop him to the ground ...

Jerome went down and rolled away. Upon landing he hit his head hard on the ground, rattling him. He groaned as he tried to roll to his stomach, slowly picking himself up.

Dammit hadn't expected that. Kyle was knocked backwards and rolled across the floor and groaned, trying to kick the other rider off.

Jerome went rolling off of him, reaching to his belt and grabbing two small pellets. He threw them, creating a smokescreen.
